- It's been so long since we've had A Nightmare On Elm Street movie! The last one was a failed remake in 2010. Since then, we haven't had much from Freddy and the Dream World in other media either. Today, we change that. Follow along with my comprehensive 4-point plan to save the Nightmare On Elm Street series.

Do u not know that there's a 4k of the first movie coming FINALLY? VERY VERY EXCITED!!
I know there's a 4K coming, but the first movie has always gotten nice editions, and the rest of the series gets left out.
It makes me sad because Mike Flanagan pitched a new movie to Cravens' family, and nothing ever came of it. But he is doing a new exorcist and i really hope he knocks that shit out of the park
I hope so too, The Exorcist deserves it, especially after how meh the last one was.
As much as I like Mike Flanagan, I don't think his vibe matches a Freddy vibe, Mike projects can sometimes be a slow build, slashers have a certain pace
id love almost an until dawn esc nightmare on elm street game. multiple choice, multiple endings where you play as a cast of survivors. it'd work really well with the movies.
That's exactly the kind of thing I'm talking about. I'm good on the multiplayer team games for now.
There is only one way to save Freddy.... Nightmare on Elm Street on Christmas, we get gingerbread kills, and candy cane kills and Reindeer kills, and the whole movie has a running theme of belief in fairy tales and whether the belief in the legend of Freddy is more powerful than the legend of Saint Nick. Don't hate the guy, he is just spreading a little holiday fear.

That's a good question, I'm not sure if that'll be on this upcoming release.
Freddy is definitely neglected. Im glad Jason and Michael didnt get the cold shoulder. I hope a new blu ray set will be released with new features for A Nightmare on Elm Street.
