Yo! Join me on a day in my Chevy p10 pizza truck smashing out over 80 pizza solo at St Albans market. Want the ovens I use and more? linktr.ee/PeddlingPizza
The only thing that can make it even more efficient is if the stones inside the ovens would actually spin around. Instead of having to turn the pizzas you could already be assembling new ones while the previous one cooks on its own. Someone should tell Gozney to make something like that, I would buy it 😃@@peddlingpizza
A spinning stone is not so good as you think. The pizzas are never exactly round and you also can't get it exactly in the middle... So you have to watch and turn. My first oven was the Witt rotate... Now I also have the gozney;)
Fantastic video but have any of your customers received there pizza, there all on top ov your oven, and just as I wrote this u answered my question u legend, they are regulars doh, keep up the fantastic work.
Thank you for explaining why you were putting pizzas on the oven. As a guy that’s done the chef thing, every time you put 2 up there I was like why isn’t he handing it to the customer. They all want to eat together- makes perfect sense.
It was absolutely stressing me out - I couldn't understand why they were getting stacked. Only comment now is that I would prefer a hand written label for each instead of having to guess afterwards
I work in a local pizza shop. I've been there for 4 years. One of the best feelings, which you can clearly see here, is knowing and seeing that people are there/coming back because of your food and your skill. My regulars come back for what I create for the business and it's humbling yet amazing. So cool man, great job, wish the best for you and your business!
My attention is drawn to this video, which I can't help but watch. It is greatly appreciated that you provided such an organized, sanitary, and kind service.
