The only thing that can make it even more efficient is if the stones inside the ovens would actually spin around. Instead of having to turn the pizzas you could already be assembling new ones while the previous one cooks on its own. Someone should tell Gozney to make something like that, I would buy it 😃@@peddlingpizza
A spinning stone is not so good as you think. The pizzas are never exactly round and you also can't get it exactly in the middle... So you have to watch and turn. My first oven was the Witt rotate... Now I also have the gozney;)
Since I found you on RUclips, I’ve been in the UK twice and always visited St.Albans just for your pizzas! For anyone around, don’t have any doubts and give him a visit! Keep rocking Adam!
Thank you for explaining why you were putting pizzas on the oven. As a guy that’s done the chef thing, every time you put 2 up there I was like why isn’t he handing it to the customer. They all want to eat together- makes perfect sense.
It was absolutely stressing me out - I couldn't understand why they were getting stacked. Only comment now is that I would prefer a hand written label for each instead of having to guess afterwards
Fantastic video but have any of your customers received there pizza, there all on top ov your oven, and just as I wrote this u answered my question u legend, they are regulars doh, keep up the fantastic work.

Great video mate. I felt like you were talking personally to me rather than talking to an audience. Your business is really impressive and I admire your professionalism.
I'm trying to figure out also, why he ain't handing them out afterwards, he puts them on top off stove after there done.. guess I need to watch further through lol
Wow, I got the same oven and I make pizza at home for family as a hobbie. Gotta say that I can barely manage 1 pizza in the oven, and if there's something else going on like ppl talking to me I end up letting the crust burn. What this guy does is magic, awesome job.
So I've been on the fence about getting an outdoor oven and fell into a wormhole that led me to your channel. After watching all of your videos, your technique and equipment drew me right in. Ordered my Roccbox yesterday (those Domes are impressive but a bit past my beginner's budget). Thanks mate.
First time seeing a video and didn't even realize there was a community on RUclips around food trucks. But dude, you're hustle is legit. Love seeing it.
This brings back memories, i was a pizza chef at a casino in the states, and it was gotime everyday, especially on a Wednesday. Mad respect for you sir 🧢.
Quick tip from a former fellow food truck owner/operator. Its a good idea to open the service window from the outside JUST in case someone is walking by at that time
The algorithm bought me here too, and to my surprise, I just found out Adams van is set up near my hometown in St.Albans. I will have to try and visit him for a pizza next time I visit.
