I really hope you realize that this probably took like 6 months to a year to make but he made it all in to a short video instead 30 hours of footage

Thanks! I shipped a jet engine to a guy in NZ a few years back who was going to use it as an APU for something bigger. I wonder what ever happened to that engine...

Ate at this food truck at Truck Yard in Houston TX in March, absolutely amazing pizza. Cannot believe I actually stumbled on this build video. So cool to see what all went into the coolest food truck I've ever seen.

I’m a hobbyist, I do small projects for fun. It’s cool to see a larger scale project. Having a supportive fam is probably the best part.

I started my work life as a mechanic. Switched to cooking at age 20. Been cooking ever since. I’m now 68. If I could have my ultimate dream, it would be this truck. Absolutely the ZENITH build!!!

It's refreshing to see someone build something with aesthetics and quality in mind, rather than just doing it as cheaply as possible. I love American architecture from the 1920s-1940s because people cared to make something that they could be proud of. Beautiful truck.

Best video editing I've seen in a very long time. Cinematically it was a treat - thought out shots and angles with an understanding of time-lapse and the amount to record to make it work. Others could learn.

Craziest thing about this video that I just randomly stumbled upon is that for the past week I've been working in a substation about a mile down the road from the Pizza and Culinary shop that comes up towards the end of the video. I only recognized the shop because every morning I have to fill up my truck with water at the public works behind that shop. When I saw it I was in disbelief. Goes to show that ours phones are always listening because I've said that shops name out loud when passing it a couple times. Kinda scary but I did enjoy the video a lot as well even if I was surprised towards the end. 👍🏼

I like how do you paint the cabin of the truck, you change the motor of the truck and situate the parts, when you build the doors and situate the windows on the box and when your wife and you situate the objects to the box for cook the pizzas. 🚚 🍕

Very cool! Wood Fired Pizzas are very popular and typically takes less than 2 minutes to cook. It takes about the same amount of time to make it, so you should be able to do about 70 Pizzas per hour, with minimal employees. One Employee taking orders and calling out orders, one Employee on the Makeline making Pizzas and one Employee Tending the Oven. If you start running out of Food, the person running the Makeline, will need to call your Base Kitchen, where you do your prep-work and have an Employee run Food to your location and re-stock the Truck.
This oven is rated at 110 pizzas an hour, but it usually runs closer to 90 when busy
@@AustinCoulson That's excellent to get 90 - 110 Pizzas in one hour. My calculations were based on how much time it takes to make a Pizza and to cook it, which would be the bare minimum, of 70 per hour. You can load a lot of Pizzas in the Oven and that alone will boost production per hour. This is absolutely amazing and a good use of small space.
