Love the concept, but the pizza's I have had in the Phoenix area, the crusts were always under cooked. The reason is, it takes a long time for these style ovens to get up to temp and you can't put a fire in them when you are driving down the road, to your location or event. The tops come out fine but the bottoms of the crusts are soggy.
I was thinking what if you could design the Pizza oven like a pottery kiln that uses electricity to get up to temp? You could run the generator to power it while you are driving to your event, and just make a small fire when you get there and you could be serving pizzas with in minuets of your arrival, instead of waiting for it to get up to 800 degrees, just a thought.

I really love your job, it's incredible well done.
As an ex pizza guy, I'd suggest some things in your next pizza truck. That really matters when you're working with pizza and have all that space inside a container that should be used.
    1. In front of the oven, a metal base on the floor, 2'x4' at least, to keep the floor out of risk to be burn with sparks. Burning wood is risky, cause it always has small explosions that send small pieces all around.
    2. time by time, some ashes must be removed from the oven, cause it flies to the pizza and some people doesn't like it, so it must be removed time to time... so, would be an improvment, add some metal made container to keep it till it cool down. Or close the service.
    3. adding an awning or canopy outside, so the customers would be protected by the weather, also would be awesome...
I really loved the little sink...

Question: is there no loss to structural integrity of the container when you start cutting sections of the floor & walls out?
I'm not familiar with fabrication, my only experience with any of this is about a decade as a port & intermodal truck driver. We transported these containers and whenever there was damage to the walls and especially the floor the entire box tended to begin to buckle.
I'm just curious cause this is some cool stuff. I enjoy watching stuff get made especially father/son duos making cool stuff.

But anyways when we painted them we used airless Graco pumps with a 219, 217 tip or a 215 tip, depending on the painters preferences. And don't thin it unless you get fingers, and only thin it enough to get rid of the fingers

It looks easy in the video, but it isn't for just one person. I've been working on mine for last 2 years in my free time. It has been a bit stressful and difficult since I don't have a workshop with the proper tools, but I've enjoyed every step.

That was one of the most detailed and enjoyable video build. Nice job on everything from the design, build, camera recording and angles, to editing, detailed scripting, and vocals. Everything was perfect. Look forward to watching more videos. 👍👍

Hey you said you will track down any tool you used in your video...I don't know where you got yours, but I'm looking for a wife to work with me in the shop... I already got one, and love it very much, but maybe there's something wrong, cause she won't help me in the shop, too dirty and smelly...so maybe you can track down a manufacturer, maybe there's an upgrade..😅I know she's been looking for some upgrades for me too... you know, I'm not the best with chores in the house 😉

WOW.. I just stumbled across your channel and i have to say that this is the most impressive video I've ever seen. You sir, are some sort of wizard to know every aspect of building this truck. From general know how to the little tricks like putting a bucket on the stack so when u cut thru the roof, there wasn't a mess inside! I feel most of this goes unnoticed, but holy shit man. That was IMPRESSIVE! Keep up the excellent work!
