I got so excited when I saw you with a new project. I thoroughly enjoy watching you. Its like watching a magician, the hands are quicker than the eyes always with a new trick up your sleeve. You were smart to wear that asthmat suite. There isnt anyone like you anywhere on the internet. You're one in a billion. I didn't think that it was possible but you're evolving so much. Watching you is like a supernatural experience.
I can count on one hand the number of times I've actually commented on a video. It's not been a common practice for me, but for some reason I felt compelled to express how much joy these videos bring me! It's the therapy i never knew I needed....There's something oddly soothing about the sound of the machines, and the hammering and the sawing, etc. that I literally sometimes fall asleep to. It's counterintuitive, but somehow it makes perfect sense. I was so excited to turn on my computer and discover that a new video had been uploaded. Van conversions have become a new obsession for me, ever since I discovered that you could even do that in a van! Since that discovery, I have kind of immersed myself in that world via RUclips....a path that eventually led me to this channel, which has become my absolute favorite. Watching a dwelling space be manifested from nothing, and transformed into a complete oasis is so satisfying, and even more than that, it's inspiring. The process is fascinating to witness. My absolute most favorite part of this build has to be the pieces of wood cut and fashioned to look like tiles, or bricks depending on how you look at it. That was so very creative, a sign of true artistry. And it is beautiful. On my own journey, I hope to create a reality in which i am able to acquire a van of my own to assist me in living my purpose. And once that reality is made manifest, I can't imagine there would be a better person to contact for the endeavor! Much gratitude to you for creating this channel.
Your show DualEx is definitely the best show on van & RV building! You should contact your local Middle & High Schools and start a program to share your knowledge & skills with the younger generation since you are also a good role model many kids need these days. I totally look forward to the next video release of yours.
Yes!!!! Brilliant idea! The concept of "the apprentice" of old needs to come back, whether it's a builder, farrier, cobbler, butcher, this knowledge is valuable!
I'm an 87 year older who did framing work with my husband in Texas and Georgia. Truly enjoy watching your talents and skills, even the unique tools you use such as the double crow bar!! Awesome work, young man! I truly enjoy following you. Ms. Gerald
Now coming as a person that values competency over any other trait, you are the most talented person I have ever seen. I am constantly mesmerised by your video editing, my ADHD is fully stimulated, you include enough of each aspect of what you’re doing to make us feel like we are there with you every step of the way, but short enough that we don’t have time to consider being distracted. You switch from the time lapse to your explaining something interesting. You don’t spoon feed us, by telling us that you’re going to install the solar panels, you respect our intelligence enough to know we will put that together ourselves. The list of what you are (very) competent seems to be ever growing! Meticulous fashion and grooming, your understanding of the severity and importance of PPE equipment, your video editing skills, carpentry, metal work, art, and I’m not even half way through it! I have the biggest platonic crush on you buddy! Also I’m high, so very high. In the interest of being fully transparent.
I have been watching your videos for a total of two years now, and I am over the top amazed at your skills. I am 56 years old. My father was a master carpenter, who died at the age of 90 but I’m sure if he was alive he would enjoy watching your videos. I don’t know if your plans involve marriage or children but I know one thing whoever that lucky woman is and I do mean lucky, She should really cherish you as her husband not only because of your skill set but because you are a very kindhearted person. I am sure that there are more to come more van transformations, but the video that I am hoping to see is the video of your wedding and the video of how you transform an old house, a antique house into a luxury house with your own two hands. I know that one is definitely on the list. I am so excited and I can’t wait and I hope I’m around to see that day. Thank you for sharing your gifts with the world with us. We really appreciate and love you to pieces.
Totally agree! Young man you have a gift that a lot of younger folks couldn’t even phathom. God’s got something BIG for you and it’s truly going to blow your mind!
Absolutely amazing. I am 72 years old and thoroughly enjoyed watching this build. I appreciate the way you have repurposed some things while upgrading other things to produce a van that reflects American pride in craftsmanship. Bravo young man. My respects to you.
Wow. Lad, I’ve been on RUclips for 15 years now and have, by this time, watched hundreds of conversion vids but this….without a doubt….is far and away, the best one I’ve seen. Awesome, really.
I’m a 21 year old woman who isn’t into cars or remodeling, but you did a phenomenal job in every aspect of the van, your craftsmanship, I learned & have my mind opened on how people make these things, and you are creative in every detail. Even the video is good, and I don’t know if you edit it or not but whoever did made it all come together. Well, now you have a new subscriber because my new obsession is watching random people build thing I have 0 interest in partaking it to see the end result. Kinda like when I was child & was obsessed with HGTV and would watch Fixer-Upper or a TV show about a couple trying to find their new home. Even I watch “How It’s Made” & I always say that was one of the best TV shows & taught me so much about how things are made lmao. Anywho, this is rant but just wanted to share how you gained a new subscriber who is probably the opposite of your target audience/the majority of viewers.❤️
Bro, I'm an ex cabinet maker and really dig how you're still generally doing things by hand the way I did before cnc machines and computers came around. Old school. Love your work and creativity. Keep doing you.
I was blown away with your creativity, skill, quality and the best buildout I have ever seen. With your positive attitude you have a great future ahead. You could be a design engineer for the motor home industry. Your own firm. Not just for motor homes but the small senior homes and veterans homes. Small spaces and you will hire more engineers to keep up with the business. Congratulations on your talent and work ethic. If I was younger I would love to sell your service and quality.👏👌😃

To see a young man who isn't afraid to get down and dirty and take on an impossible task from start to finish is refreshing. Every part of this job was built with love and your paint job was amazing along with your modifications and your ingenuity. God bless you and wishing you the best always.. To take a van 1000 miles sight unseen was amazing also lol. You are a gem Keep up the good work....
25:08 Bro that futon idea I’m every way was perfect! I’m all about functionality and usability of space and you used every part of that futon to its fullest in that space and storage also! Props!!!
I don't know anything about reconstruction or anything else that you are doing but I just wanted to let you know what variety of an audience you have I'm a 70yr old woman Have no interest in staying in a small van and as I said have no clue in reconstruction but I'm so amazed at all the skills you have Its so interesting watching the transformations You are like a magician I would imagine that you need a lot of patience doing what you do and thats what you show your character to be You are such a lovely chap and I must add a lovely speaking voice too What parent wouldn't be proud of you If you don't already have children You would make a wonderful Dad Wish you the best of everything 🇬🇧
Great job DualEx. You have mastered your skills even MORE! I don't expect your next plumbing job will leak. Don't even say that! You got it down smoothly now. That was a LOT of work you did on this van. I don't think the previous owner would even recognize it. Good for you!
You then outdid yourself with this one, Big Dawg! No words, just awe. 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 The couch, the tiled ceiling... I was so happy when you repainted that dash. 😂😅 Keep doing what you do. You are the Inspiration, Man. 💪🏾🫡🙌🏾
Well done young man! My son is the Managing Director, and partner in a company specialising in sheet materials, his hobby/pass time,is designing, and fitting out the interiors of camper vans, mostly VW Transporters.I’ll say it again, well done!
I have just majored in electrical engineering and I've been into motorhome builds for quite some time. I find it great in the aspects of electrical power how it has evolved in this field. Before we had those clumsy car batteries, connecting into inverters and everything, with a difficult setup to couple with solar panels and stuff, now using those battery packs that can do everything is not only safer but better overall. It's great how you also do a separate fuse box and breakers, it's better for the system. Keep up with the good work, love your videos man
It’s been a minute since I’ve watched you work… You are truly gifted, patient, skilled and visionary. And your hands look as unmarked as an accountant!
After seeing this build….If I ever am blessed with a RV I will be requesting services somehow someway. This man is impressive! I look forward to any future uploads!
Hi 👋🏼 NEW FAN !! I am in ABSOLUTE AWE of your talents !! I especially love the ceiling feature accent you made, as well as the rolling door around the electrical box and love how you converted that futon to fit into the space. Being a single mother and the owner of a very old house that needs a ton of renovation, I’m just starting my woodworking journey myself… but ironically , I also own a Chevy G20 van that holds a ton of sentimental value for us… because it was our home away from home when the kids were little and growing up … and when we all grew it, it meant so much to my daughter (16) that she would not allow me to sell it so I gifted it to her … for now, she uses it as a hangout spot but has dreamed of getting it refinished to put it on the road when she gets older. She also desires learn the skills needed to be able to assist her me with the projects around the house … so we both started our own learning journeys in 2023 … with me trying to absorb and learn what I can from various construction courses online and across RUclips …. and with her enrolling in construction classes at her high school. Although our initial goal is to renovate this house … our ultimate dream would be to have the talent and skill set to refinish our G20 van …. So we so incredibly happy have come across your video because it gives us so much inspiration… and I think if God could bless us even 1% of your talent, then we could make something pretty remarkable with our G20 🤗 Thank you for sharing your talents, look forward to watching more of your inspiring content !! ❤︎
This is the first video of yours I’ve ever seen, but what an incredible showcase of skill! Woodworking, metalworking, plumbing, electrical, so many trades you’ve applied knowledge here. You’re a skilled tradesman and artist and I’m looking forward to seeing more.

Hey man. I don't really watch build videos normally, but the way you edited your videos with the sped up end products and your easy commentary, it's really fun to watch and also super chill with good timed B rolls. It's all a nice touch. I watch this video all the way beginning to end, super cool. Awesome job on everything.
I've watched 100+ van builds and always thought a futon as a sofa and bed would be the best but Noone has done it til I saw this video. A d you solved the dead space behind the soda with the slide out! Amazing!!!!
God love you, young man. All that tearing out & the tiny & not so tiny molecules of dust, fabrics & wood decay, and who knows what else. You are something else, man!! Extraordinary.
This is the second video where I’ve seen you make a tambor. I am so impressed. I was married to an older Englishman, who has a master cabinet maker Joiner, wood machinist, and your skills are right up there with his. This is a really good example of why young man in high school really should take chop class. I bet a lot of young guys would love to have these kinds of skills.
32:48 a couple pieces of advice from a plumber. One, stay away from plumbers putty, plastic pex fittings, and shark bites. Two, use silicone on the top of the gasket under the sink. Three, get yourself a can of pipe dope. Use it on the basket strainer when you’re installing it. It basically lubricates the threads to enable you to tighten it correctly. Trust me, it makes a big difference. Four, use brass or copper pex fittings. It’s a little more expensive, but they’re going to be so, so much better in the long run. Those plastic fittings leak when they twist, brass doesn’t. And with how much movement they’re going to be subject to using a pump and inside of a van, it’s a much better idea to use brass. Five, make sure all of your supply stops are quarter turn valves, not ones that you twist all the way in and out. They’ll last longer and they’re more reliable. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. Love the content man!

I second that emotion.
✨🗜️🧘🏽⚒️✨
I love his builds also, it is always relaxing to watch some one else work, with out getting in his way.
@@steveky7829 i feel the same way abt not getting in the way
Your show DualEx is definitely the best show on van & RV building! You should contact your local Middle & High Schools and start a program to share your knowledge & skills with the younger generation since you are also a good role model many kids need these days. I totally look forward to the next video release of yours.
That's a GREAT idea! He could do workshops on the weekends & charge decent money. ❤
Facts
I TOTALLY agree! What a great role model (in so many ways...) for youth! 🏆💞🎯
Yes!!!! Brilliant idea! The concept of "the apprentice" of old needs to come back, whether it's a builder, farrier, cobbler, butcher, this knowledge is valuable!
Second that as well
I don't know how your video ended up in my feed, but I'm glad it did! Watching you build a van is like ASMR to me! 🤗 Keep up the great work! 🙏
That would be beautiful to see ❤💙
I couldn't agree more! 🤗😇
Totally agree! Young man you have a gift that a lot of younger folks couldn’t even phathom. God’s got something BIG for you and it’s truly going to blow your mind!
Agreed
He definitely deserves his own show on HGTV-CAR FLIPPER?
Absolutely amazing. I am 72 years old and thoroughly enjoyed watching this build. I appreciate the way you have repurposed some things while upgrading other things to produce a van that reflects American pride in craftsmanship. Bravo young man. My respects to you.
Great job! Do not stay away so long next time. Thank you so much for sharing this video. Amen
Dualex…King of the Pocket Screws! Man, if I had all of his tools and equipment, I would just be a guy with all of his tools and equipment!
😅😅 👏. This comment killed me!
😂
Hahaha cute joe😂
😂😂😂
Totally underrated comment 😂😂
You're a creative genius 👏 I love watching you build these tiny home on wheels!!
He's dangerous 😂
What's the difference between cabinetry and IKEA? A CNC mill
It is a privilege to watch somebody with solid planning, precision, and expertise. But to see somebody with these qualities in so many areas is just amazing. You are an amazing young man
This is amazing! God bless this young man!! He is so gifted & talented! Blessings to you!
The GOAT returns! Loved the project dude. You're crazy skilled
Not only are your conversions sweet. Your film making skills are second to none!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼
The fact that he took his time on extra projects shows his passion for building. Great job.
this brudda can do everything, plumbing, electrical, painting, building, carpentry, backflips, welding, video making and editing, bro is THE super nigha
Forgot all my plans when I saw your video was available. Dropped everything and watched another one of your great builds.
Me too..😂.
I like the fact you're using junkyard stuff and reusing pieces from the van, this is awesome. I dig this van - it's a throwback to my childhood outside and a view forward on the inside. NICE.
49 year old finishing Tradesman and camping enthusiast here.
Damn fine work. Subscribed in the 1st 20 minutes.
You are one of my favorite YT people. Your skillset is beyond the beyonds! And you are such a focused and dedicated young man. I'm proud to be one of your subscribers. Can't wait to see you hit that million-sub-mark!
This was labor intensive!! You are a phenomenal, exceptionally gifted one man band!!
I am blown away by your skill, vision, talent and patience. What an incredible transformation!
This deserves some kind it reward. Probably the best RUclips video I’ve ever watched. Van looks unbelievable
Using you as an inspiration for my daughter. She has a wandering spirit like her mom and I want to help her make a van like yours. Thank you for putting so much detail in your videos man! This is awesome!!
You survived Atlanta traffic. Good job. Traffic didn’t look too bad on that day.
You are a gem
Keep up the good work....
25:08
Bro that futon idea I’m every way was perfect! I’m all about functionality and usability of space and you used every part of that futon to its fullest in that space and storage also! Props!!!
if it's so good how does he use the guest bed at the same time as the futon bed? he can't do it's not that good take it easy bum licker
I don't know anything about reconstruction or anything else that you are doing but I just wanted to let you know what variety of an audience you have
I'm a 70yr old woman
Have no interest in staying in a small van and as I said have no clue in reconstruction but I'm so amazed at all the skills you have
Its so interesting watching the transformations
You are like a magician
I would imagine that you need a lot of patience doing what you do and thats what you show your character to be
You are such a lovely chap and I must add a lovely speaking voice too
What parent wouldn't be proud of you
If you don't already have children
You would make a wonderful Dad
Wish you the best of everything 🇬🇧
Great job DualEx. You have mastered your skills even MORE! I don't expect your next plumbing job will leak. Don't even say that! You got it down smoothly now. That was a LOT of work you did on this van. I don't think the previous owner would even recognize it. Good for you!
You then outdid yourself with this one, Big Dawg! No words, just awe. 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
The couch, the tiled ceiling... I was so happy when you repainted that dash. 😂😅
Keep doing what you do. You are the Inspiration, Man. 💪🏾🫡🙌🏾
Easily the best videography I’ve seen on a van build video! The build itself is also really amazing and creative!
Your attention to details is just awesome! GREAT JOB !!!
Well done young man! My son is the Managing Director, and partner in a company specialising in sheet materials, his hobby/pass time,is designing, and fitting out the interiors of camper vans, mostly VW Transporters.I’ll say it again, well done!
Your camera work has grown exponentially! Makes watching build videos more enjoyable and interactive fsfs!
I see the love for your art. There is nothing more than to be authentically you.
This is ASMR for van builds. You do fantastic work! Love what you do!
So we so incredibly happy have come across your video because it gives us so much inspiration… and I think if God could bless us even 1% of your talent, then we could make something pretty remarkable with our G20 🤗
Thank you for sharing your talents, look forward to watching more of your inspiring content !! ❤︎
This is the first video of yours I’ve ever seen, but what an incredible showcase of skill! Woodworking, metalworking, plumbing, electrical, so many trades you’ve applied knowledge here. Even the filming is incredible; that shot with the camera on the drill as you did all the interior wood made me crack a smile from how clever it was. You’re a skilled tradesman and artist and I’m looking forward to seeing more.
Such amazing work! This guy is an artist, electrician, engineer, carpenter, designer…OMG!
It would be an understatement to say you are a genius. Watching you work gives me the feeling anything you imagine is possible with the right tools and some hard work. The counter top you made from pallets is just BEAUTIFUL!
Young man; you are AMAZING!! I enjoy watching how you deconstruct and reconstruct a project. Wow!! I’m guessing it most have cost a good amount of money for that conversation. Can’t wait for the tour video. Looking forward to it. Blessings!
When the world needed him most... he returned.
The camper avatar 😂💯🔥
Dude I watched on a guest account and couldn’t comment, I had to go to my main account to say YOU ARE A BAD ASS. The shit you do is amazing and I’m a first time viewer! Make a business out of this cause you’re good. Congrats brother!
& the edit at the end with the rear view… 👌🏽MUAHHH, A-1 dude youre dope AF
Lord, your work is amazing! I'm an old woman who enjoys what you do. A bit jealous, maybe, but enthralled, too. The fantasy of the freedom your builds give are great even for those of us living them vicariously.
My mind is blown again. I swear on everything you get better and better. It’s second nature for you. The music is hitting too. And as always great angles. ❤❤❤
First time seeing this guy, production quality of the video is insane, not a typical van rebuild
Dude, this is such a good no nonsense video. There is no added fluff, and its just clear and well shot. Love this kind of content!
You've gotten so much better at building these! Your skills have grown tremendously in the past year plus.
I am a veteran 🇺🇸🦅as well and this is just amazing what you did with this van and made it a camper van! The before and after..just nice work!
You show people how you did this and they can also learn!🔥
Extremely intelligent and gifted!🔥
So much respect for this man's patience in building this van out. Looks amazing!!!
got all giddy when I saw your video, your stuff is awesome my friend top notch thanks😊
Since, I started watching your videos. Am so amazed at your work. What a great job you did on your van. Congratulations for getting your van free. Even though you did a lot of work on it. God blessed you with a great gift. I will keep on seeing your journey. God bless you, take care and be safe.
Well, DualEx, you've done it again ..an amazing job. I'm impressed the way you handle every single tool, machinery, electrical wiring and wood work..Awesome job..keep doing great!! Can wait for your next job!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🍾👍👍🥳🥳😇🕊🙏
I started watching your amazing work since last year and I’m obsessed watching your work. Wish more young men could do more projects like you. Your a great example & looking forward to the exploration & more projects 🤗👍🏾🙏🏽💕🇬🇧
Man, so many details. Your craftsmanship is impressive. I love this build.
I'm blown away by how gifted you are.. Your gift will continue to make room for you.. blessings
I stumbled across this video about a month ago during my DIY video search (I love watching people build things lol) and I’ve been hooked since. I’m 1000% hooked on this channel now. Can’t wait to see what you do next!
Hey man. I don't really watch build videos normally, but the way you edited your videos with the sped up end products and your easy commentary, it's really fun to watch and also super chill with good timed B rolls. It's all a nice touch. I watch this video all the way beginning to end, super cool. Awesome job on everything.
Mid 60s gal from Norcal here loving your channel! I drove a 1969 Ford Econoline van from 76 to 1980 in high school! Thank you! 🙋🏼♀️
That sliding futon bed is the best van bed I ever seen. I have everything for my build I just don't have tools like you so it's taking me forever !
I've watched 100+ van builds and always thought a futon as a sofa and bed would be the best but Noone has done it til I saw this video. A d you solved the dead space behind the soda with the slide out! Amazing!!!!
Loved that rear camera/dropped keys transition.
God love you, young man. All that tearing out & the tiny & not so tiny molecules of dust, fabrics & wood decay, and who knows what else. You are something else, man!! Extraordinary.
An artist and a craftsman. You have mad skills and vision. Thanks for sharing this sweet build
Great job! I like all the functionality you built into the van, use every possible square inch, my favorite part is the repurposed pallet countertop
Love the content man!
the back-up camera to dropping the keys and picking them up to putting in the ignition was SMOOTH
Amazing!!! Greetings from CNY from someone who is about to hit the road in an RV! This is so inspiring!
