I've seen a lot of videos of ‘amateurs’ making something. But what you do transcends everything. How incredibly professional you are. I haven't seen something like that often. Deep respect for your skills.
It's much more than adapting a van for a motorhome, cause you've actually produced every single piece with so impressive expertise in 3d printing, electricity, woodwork... Very impressive! 👏👏👏
No words...just down right pure perfection I might add...we're simply the machines that builds the machines..our brains are the ultimate source to our operating systems to create movement and sound..and really don't need our physical body to do it..the ultimate source can do it alone...
Wow! I've watched a lot of van builds and none have come close to being as creative or inventive as you have. You're definitely the first I've ever seen to have a 3D printer on board in a van/tiny house and also to use one so extensively in the build out. And all the parts you printed just take the organisation and functionality of the van to a whole other level. The kitchen cabinet with the perfect slots for your canisters, glasses, etc and all neatly covered by the roll down door was super impressive. I can see this inspiring many future van builders to start exploring all the possibilities when you use 3D printing as another tool. I hope you enjoy some awesome travels in your lovely van, you've certainly worked hard to earn it.
I can't stop thinking about how admirable you two are. You turned all negatives into positives. Where so many sank into a depressive state, you turned the closures and lock-downs into a very creative an productive period of your lives. You built the shop and the living quarters. You built the cabin. And you did the van, just in time for the economy to re-gain momentum. We are all inspired.
Spectacular attention to detail. Seems like there’s nothing you guys can’t manufacture or design. I built a basic camper from an LDV high top minibus years ago and I wish I had the same skills and tools to have reached your level of detail. Really makes me appreciate the amount of money, time and effort you guys put in. It’s a massive undertaking that I don’t think most people fully realise. Really enjoyed the video and watching it come to life.
I've really enjoyed following your journey over the last few years! As a licensed mechanical engineer, I've especially appreciated your attention to important details and your creative ingenuity. You two seem to have a level of patience, humor, ambition and chemistry that's genuinely inspirational. Now you get to finally enjoy the fruits of your labor - and what an impressive labor of love it's clearly been! A sincere thanks for sharing these cinematic glimpses into your lives, and I hope you continue to memorialize your adventures! I wish you all the best as you make beautiful memories together in your new home-sweet-home-on-wheels and I can't wait to see where the future takes you next!

Are you kidding me? I mean, Are you KIDDING me? I'm speechless. Anyone who knows me just laughed. Ok...towards the beginning of the build, you fabricated and installed an under carriage water tank. At THAT point i thought, "this is gonna be good..." it wasn't good, it was awesome!!!! I'm completely blown away with you (both of you) and your creativity, skill, artistry, ability to think outside the box. I've never seen anything like this! Bravo! Congrats...i'll be following for sure. ❤❤😊😊
Wow. It's the most accomplished van building i've seen. I've started following phase 1 and 2, then forgot. Happy for you, it's finally done. Ladi is so driven and creative, it's unbelievable. The filming and editing are made with talent and dynamic. You're both the apex creators of van building. Wish you the best.
As a nobody (a Babci) I have really enjoyed your journey, from the critiques of other van builds to this masterpiece! My husband and I have built a VERY low-tech van - in comparison to yours, but you were great inspiration for us. Thanks for sharing! ❤❤
Oh wow, you guys are amazing. The quality of your craftsmanship is awesome, better than most professionals. What a beautiful job of converting the van. It's totally amazing. I've seen a few conversations, but yours takes it to the next level. Well done, Ladi & Margaret 🙌👏❤️✌️ 🇨🇿
This is defenitely next level stuff. Everyone who built a van knows that this work is enormous time-consuming if its done in this quality. Really great!
This is the best van conversion video I have ever laid eyes on, absolutely brilliant and well planned out as well as a spectacular execution. Well done
This video as you have seen is NOT even worth it, but, for them being in Chechnia is good enough. This is all they know. This is mediocre at best; I have seen better, and I am quite disapointed how they put the basics in their van. Their insulation in the van is cheap; they do not even put extra rubber padding around around the door openings to stop the adverse weather from entering the van - which I found if they sold this van as a cheap disserverice;
I've watched this build at its various stages and I'm super happy that the two of you can call this project complete. Thank you for providing your insights and thought process behind your creative problem-solving. The teamwork you two possess is something to admire, andLadi's attention to detail and craftsmanship is something I strive for, but will probably never achieve, lol. Can't wait to see the adventures this van will take you on.
Watching a charming couple working together in perfect harmony to create what can only be described as perfection. This pleases me . Enjoy the fruits of your labour.
With all my warmest regards to all of you. What you are doing, believe me, the biggest manufacturing companies are doing the same thing. Hats off to you all. Bravo.
i cant even explain how great this build is, ive STUDIED van builds for years and have not seen any come close to this, good job really inspiring hopefully i can build mine like this one day
Absolutely next level DIY innovations, fit and finish. Kudos to builders, quality of workmanship and detail is by far the best of any van build I've ever seen. Safe travels.
Wow, this build is absolutely mind-blowing! The attention to detail here is simply phenomenal. From low-voltage relays to the intricate 3D-printed parts, every aspect of this project showcases a dedication to perfection. And that fuel gauge for the water? Pure genius! It's truly inspiring to see how this build addresses numerous small "issues" with such innovative and creative solutions. The use of kitchen containers is both elegant and incredibly practical for a moving vehicle. Overall, this is hands down one of the most impressive builds I've ever seen. Major kudos to the creator! 🙌👏
❤ Excellent editing skills! This was fun to watch as was following your multi-year build. Underscored your enviable, creative skills. Congrats on a beautifully finished and thoughtfully appointed van! 🎉
Meticulous attention to detail, high aesthetic thinking, reasonable, scientific and professional interior arrangement & modern tools. Beautiful car, overall harmonious, balanced & cozy, thank you for showing me a good video, wish you always success in life
You guys are incredible!!! I converted a 2020 Pro master 3500 which is similar to yours and I love it. I used extruded aluminum for all my framining. I love my van but yours is at another level. I worked on it over the winter in Syracuse New York. It took me 7 months. I traveled to 30 National parks in the last 2 years and drove it 41,000 miles. Everything still works perfectly. I would love to meet you someday. I travel to Poland , near Krakow at least once a year. How far are you from there?
I can only imagine the sense of satisfaction you two would have gotten on completion of your project. Well done and thank you for allowing us to follow along, Amazing, Just Amazing!
I can honestly say this is the most impressive van build I have ever watched. The amount of thought, design, and tech that went into the build is amazing! Your talent knows no bounds! ❤
If I were looking for someone to convert a camper or ask for help, you would be the first person to turn to. Great expansion idea, thanks for the video.
Brilliant! You both have some serious skills. I am impressed with your uses for your 3D printer, inventive, functional and excellent design. I hadn't realized radiant flooring had gotten so thin. You did a great job!!
I saw your solar tilting invention the other day, I don’t know if I commented on your series about this so I do it now. As far as I know you are the only channel sharing just all you can share in my eyes. Thank you so much for that, my best regards, Albert 🇳🇱
I am not easy with compliments. 50 years in engineering QA/QC. What you have done is extremely impressive. The knowledge & skills involved are extensive. Concept, design, execution, workmanship, aesthetics - all top notch. It is not built as a pure recreational RV, so comparisons are difficult, but I doubt any commercial builder anywhere will equal the quality (materials, build, finish) you've put into this van. And if they did, prices would start way beyond 120,000 Euros. Question: why would it ever die ? You've mitigated corrosion, and probably have the knowledge to maintain/fix the mechanicals ? 👍 Long live you and your van 🥂🏖🎉
Hey, I have pretty cool idea that came from your toilet setup. You could install walls that you can raise up, or some shower screen system, so you can have full shower room inside the van, or even just toilet with privacy and some odor blockage. Basically you could have full shower/toilet inside cabinet. Or even just loose waterproof elements so you can assemble one relatively fast that are stored somewhere. That lid already acts as one such an element, you could then need 3 more. Other idea would be to have installation points in roof above it for some flexible shower screen, maybe from some waterproof fabric. Honestly this would probably be most efficient way to do it, maybe just not the prettiest as roof would have some stuff.
It’s been an amazing series to watch, your attention to detail on the build and your editing are 100% ! I hope you enjoy your travels wherever they may take you
A great job done with his own hands and a lot of ingenuity. It would have taken three years to do it, but it was worth all that time and effort to realize your dream. Congratulations and may you make many kilometers.
Awesome build! Been following for quite some time and amazed at what you’ve accomplished😄 One question regarding the indoor bathroom: Do you plan on adding any «privacy» features to it? Didn’t catch it but I imagine just the head popping up 😂 Also, how’s the shower working out? Do you have any curtains etc to prevent splashing water across?
Mucho determination to keep it going 3 years, just for the build! Not sure if I could live in these for more than a couple weeks at a time, but who knows? What better way to see the country!
Brilliant, followed you from the beginning and amazing how the build has turned out! Well done! Look forward to the van tour and following some of your travels, aswell as the projects at home.. Cheers from London 👍🏴🇬🇧
Good job. I've converted several vehicles including a sprinter and a city shuttle bus. I know everyone has advice and pointers and I sure wish I could have given you a couple before you started. No matter how much insulation you use that dark color is going to cause problems in the sun. Likewise, the skylights will be nice looking up at the stars, but glass is such a poor insulator and heat and cold are going to give you issues...even with the shields you devised. (I made something VERY similar but you can still feel cold and heat leaking in around them.) Paticularly heat since you are going to want to park in the sun to charge your batteries when not plugged in to shore power or running a battery isolator. That being said your attention to detail was excellent and craftsmanship was spot on. I wish you many good road trips. Enjoy your rig!
Those solar panels are amazing, reminds me for that animation movie called Wall-e, where he woke up every morning and charging himself and getting ready for the next adventure 🙂 Well prepared, skilled and equipped team did a fabulous work. Nice 👍
I have seen a lot of videos, but honestly, never ever such a genious like yours. It looks perfect and you are all doing by yourself, thats soooooo great!!! Wish you the BEST!!!
This is easily one of the best videos I've ever watched on social media! I truly mean that. The dedication, intelligence, creativity etc. that went into this was very refreshing to watch. What a goal to have set, reach and knock it out of the park 👍🏻🙏🏻🔥❤️
VAN TOUR: ruclips.net/video/GKw3_nrjL9U/видео.html Thanks so much for watching! A few FAQs from the comment section: - The van cost us a total of $25,000 USD (including the vehicle), which is a VERY cheap conversion. But this does not account for the purchase of tools, machines, time, and loss of our sanity. We’re never selling this thing, once it “dies” a few decades from now, it will sit on our property as a guest house 😂 - Vehicle is 2015 Fiat L4H3 (paperwork says L5, but it depends on the country), 3L engine, 3.5t - We’ll soon be upgrading the suspension, wheels, lift, maybe some bathroom details, monitor details, etc. but not rushing it anymore - The conversion took 3 years because we were working on many other projects at the same time (this is well documented on our channel, would not recommend this approach) - The 3D printer is important for our jobs, and also lets us fix anything in the van that might break while traveling. Also lots of easy upgrades can be printed like hooks, holders, etc. - Water tanks under the van won’t freeze because they have a heating element to keep water just above freezing - The eBikes are our business & Ladi’s brain-child invention. We travel with the WinderBike & eBike V5 under the bed and charge from our battery. All our bikes can be found at mysuperebike.com and you can build it yourself for super cheap I'll add more Van Specs to the description. We have a Parts List of every component included for this van build, down to the bolts, linked above!
Your workshop isn't a w'shop anymore.. it's a Lab.. you need to offer your speciality to others..build a motorhome for your customer/design it for them
I like the outside appearance very much, die dark interieur is not my favorite, but if I would build a campervan, I definitely would copy some idea's! 👍
Every now and again something special comes along, this build is fantastic testament to these guys vision and ability. One slight concern for me would be the forward flight of the kitchen utensils during a frontal impact, that aside brilliant design.
Seeing you gave me and my wife the motivation to turn our Mitsubishi limousine into a camper!!!! And I will no longer rent camper vans for our travels for our channel. Thanks to all of you cool campers who inspired us to give our European trips a different color and flavor, and follow us if you like
The toilet idea... Absolutely ingenious. Very, very few vans this size would have the space for a toilet but why waste all that standing space when this works so well as it is. This was a beautiful looking build before the interior was even started. That attention to detail makes all the difference. I would love for you both to build my camper but on a larger scale. Hats off to you both. You have a new subscriber here.
Sooooooooo... I discovered your channel 3 weeks ago with this video... ...and just finished binge-watching the whole "van build" section (yes, the 50+ videos in 20 days 🤣) It's amazing of creativity, inventivity, discipline. Design is flawless (thanks to your previous experience in van life), work is professionally executed from wood working, to plastic / 3D printing, to painting, to sewing, to electricity, to plumbery... And the videos themselves are fine pieces of art in terms of rythm, diction (I almost didn't need subtitles 😅), editing... Now just subscribed, and will soon start the other topics like conttainer and workshop 😁 Keep it going guys 🤘😎
I have never seen a built like this . I can confidently say you guys are the best! If I ever hit the lottery 😂 I definitely want you guys to build my van . Definitely will follow and watch your videos . I'm so amazed!
I loved this build. You had a lot of good advice. I did want the FP, but what you said makes sense. Im not rich or very knowledgeable about how to build, but im learning step by step watching videos like this. I especially like the kitchen setup. Thanks for taking your time and posting this.
I didn't want the video to finish, thank you for such a beautiful video. Thank you for the hard work you put and the positive energy and motivation you are sending through out. Beautiful to see such level of commitment, I am very happy to have stumbled upon your video.

You should put a 110 converter and put a 12000 btu apartment ac heating unit in it with the evaporator on top of the van?
And that cost how much?
Is this your business? Conversions?

I give my massive respect guys. I don't know how on earth can any other video of this sort can top that some day...
pov: an architect and his wife build out a van
I have seen a lot of videos, but honestly, never ever such a genious like yours. It looks perfect and you are all doing by yourself, thats soooooo great!!! Wish you the BEST!!!
This is easily one of the best videos I've ever watched on social media! I truly mean that. The dedication, intelligence, creativity etc. that went into this was very refreshing to watch. What a goal to have set, reach and knock it out of the park 👍🏻🙏🏻🔥❤️
VAN TOUR: ruclips.net/video/GKw3_nrjL9U/видео.html
Thanks so much for watching! A few FAQs from the comment section:
- The van cost us a total of $25,000 USD (including the vehicle), which is a VERY cheap conversion. But this does not account for the purchase of tools, machines, time, and loss of our sanity. We’re never selling this thing, once it “dies” a few decades from now, it will sit on our property as a guest house 😂
- Vehicle is 2015 Fiat L4H3 (paperwork says L5, but it depends on the country), 3L engine, 3.5t
- We’ll soon be upgrading the suspension, wheels, lift, maybe some bathroom details, monitor details, etc. but not rushing it anymore
- The conversion took 3 years because we were working on many other projects at the same time (this is well documented on our channel, would not recommend this approach)
- The 3D printer is important for our jobs, and also lets us fix anything in the van that might break while traveling. Also lots of easy upgrades can be printed like hooks, holders, etc.
- Water tanks under the van won’t freeze because they have a heating element to keep water just above freezing
- The eBikes are our business & Ladi’s brain-child invention. We travel with the WinderBike & eBike V5 under the bed and charge from our battery. All our bikes can be found at mysuperebike.com and you can build it yourself for super cheap
I'll add more Van Specs to the description. We have a Parts List of every component included for this van build, down to the bolts, linked above!
Your workshop isn't a w'shop anymore.. it's a Lab.. you need to offer your speciality to others..build a motorhome for your customer/design it for them
Heck I will give you $26k cash.
So much work and there is no normal shower and toilet in your motorhome. And it doesn't look comfortable at all. Complete nonsense.
I like the outside appearance very much, die dark interieur is not my favorite, but if I would build a campervan, I definitely would copy some idea's! 👍
@@PeterScheideggersome natural wood accents woulda been a nice contrast.
Every now and again something special comes along, this build is fantastic testament to these guys vision and ability. One slight concern for me would be the forward flight of the kitchen utensils during a frontal impact, that aside brilliant design.
Hands down best van build ive seen.. the details.
Туалет на кухне, кто-то чай пьет, а ты валишь куличи) Интересные люди эти путешественники)
Да уж, так себе... Велосипеды можно было и на улицу выкинуть и сделать нормальный душ и туалет
Without a DOUBT the BEST of the BEST BUILDS EVER!!!!! So unique so versatile and just so COOL💜💜👏👏👏👏💜💜
That small cat house looks soo cute 🥰
And your very coute ..❤😂
I salute both of you for building your dream house in a car , it’s completely in your own style and taste , bravo ! 👏
I gotta admit, some of the ideas that went into this build are pretty danged impressive. Well done!
Seeing you gave me and my wife the motivation to turn our Mitsubishi limousine into a camper!!!! And I will no longer rent camper vans for our travels for our channel.
Thanks to all of you cool campers who inspired us to give our European trips a different color and flavor, and follow us if you like
You have gold in your hands ! It’s a dream to own such a tiny house ❤
I had dinner, did the dishes, walked the dog, took a shower, made hot chocolate, and cozied in to watch this one.. absolutely loved it
WOW! I didn’t think I’d watch the entire video but once I started seeing these MAD skills at work, I couldn’t stop Great Job!
Absolutely incredible precision build campervan. Really looking forward to how it performs on tour. Thank you for sharing your ideas and build.
Wow! Just amazing! This is by far THE BEST DIY camper van Ive ever seen! You really smashed a home run!
you did all that in 36mins....WOW. It's amazing well done. Now go enjoy all your hard work. x
Sooooooooo... I discovered your channel 3 weeks ago with this video...
...and just finished binge-watching the whole "van build" section (yes, the 50+ videos in 20 days 🤣)
It's amazing of creativity, inventivity, discipline.
Now just subscribed, and will soon start the other topics like conttainer and workshop 😁
Keep it going guys 🤘😎
This is one heck of a Van built.. the details are awesome, functionality I'm speechless.. awesome 😊
It's great to see that you put all the maximum layers of insulation .
Impressive amount of skill and artistry on display here. You've made a bespoke creation that I hope takes you on many wonderful adventures.
That's what you get when talented people get to work. Great job to both of you !
Wow, putting the “custom” in custom van builds! Beautiful.
You have taught us the lesson of "making dream into reality".
This is beautiful, I started watched similar videos but this is just a whole different level. Best I’ve seen..
Patience you guys had while making this Van Home is Amazing
Your vision is insane❣️ That was truely a labor of talent and love. I love the color scheme❣️
I didn't want the video to finish, thank you for such a beautiful video. Thank you for the hard work you put and the positive energy and motivation you are sending through out. Beautiful to see such level of commitment, I am very happy to have stumbled upon your video.
Holy crap this van build is on a whole other level. Inter planetary travel anyone? Wow!
This is one amazing van conversion. Love the design and attention to detail. No wonder it took 3 years. ❤ LOVE IT! ❤
