Amber has so many details from years ago when she is telling her story. Dirty carpet, dog stepped on a bee, a glass jar on the table, where she was sitting in the sofa. But then when she was cross examined, she couldn't recall anything. Liars always give a lot of extra details when telling their story. I learned that on the TV series "Lie to Me" a great series about a team of detectives that can read peoples microfacial expressions and tell if they are lying or not.

I don't think she's bitter and I actually appreciated her testimony for these reasons 1. She clearly states Johnny Depp wasn't violent towards her. He didn't mean to throw the bottle at her he was angry and meant to throw it to someone else. 2. She clearly goes against AH's claims and her friends claim. That when Johnny was on drugs she says he never was different. AH thought she could use this to show a pattern of behavior but all it does is show that AH and her friends all fabricated stories.

With this being a taped deposition, they usually leave these out of the case unless the case is weak, then they have no alternative but, to use it. Or it could be a ploy to fill up time, so the closing arguments are shorter, either way, it doesn't look good for Ambers case.
All this proved was that even thirty years ago JD had a drink and drug problem but in all this time he has never been seen to be violent towards anyone, including the multiple partners he’s had. In the beginning of the trial Johnny made it very clear that he wanted to do this for his kids sake and to be able to tell his side. In the audio tapes he made it repeatedly clear that he is a very private person and doesn't like everyone knowing his business. Amber and her team are very aware of this. I believe at this point they already realize they are going to lose. To me it seems they are now solely focused on exposing his entire life to the public and attempting to further defame him while in court with the world watching. To strip him of his entire life's privacy.
I think thats ambers intentions, but not many people believe her overall. The few people siding with her cant be watching the trial and the crap evidence they provide. I would say johnnys side have more substantial evidence, but even then the audio recordings of how she is speaking in court compared with those, you can hear how different she acts with him outside of court. She also said that even if they still have witnesses that havent testified yet, or even if a witness is in the middle of their testimony mid sentence, and there teams time runs out, that she will stop them no matter what. So they need to use their time with each witness wisely.

In the audio tapes he made it repeatedly clear that he is a very private person and doesn't like everyone knowing his business. Amber and her team are very aware of this. I believe at this point they already realize they are going to lose. To me it seems they are now solely focused on exposing his entire life to the public and attempting to further defame him while in court with the world watching. To strip him of his entire life's privacy.
I think thats ambers intentions, but not many people believe her overall. The few people siding with her cant be watching the trial and the crap evidence they provide. I would say johnnys side have more substantial evidence, but even then the audio recordings of how she is speaking in court compared with those, you can hear how different she acts with him outside of court.
