- Supermodel Kate Moss testified for Johnny Depp in his defamation trial against his ex-wife Amber Heard. Moss was asked about an incident where rumors flew that Depp pushed her down a flight of stairs, which Heard referenced during her testimony. Amber was being asked questions while on the stand during the trail. She was answering a question and accidently mentioned Kate Moss by full name. That allowed Johnnys legal team to call her to the stand to testify to prove Amber lied about him throwing her down the stairs.

Still, Heard mentioning Moss by name means that Johnny's legal team COULD call her to the stand, but Moss could still them "No thanks." The fact that she was willing to testify still says a whole lot.

It’s not even enough to just “give his career back”. Damage was done and that can’t be reversed, it can be halted but we can never go back in time. I’m hoping this is a lesson going forward for everyone that just because a woman comes out accusing a man of something doesn’t mean that she’s being honest. It doesn’t mean there should be instant distrust but before ruining a guys life things need to be proven in the court of law. Stuff like this can’t happen. Because it happens often, to guys that aren’t as wealthy and famous as Depp, those guys never get any justice.

That's actually not true. She is a huge Johnny Depp supporter from the start and wanted to testify. It's just that she, along with past exes from both parties, was not deemed relevant to the case. In my opinion this lady has been itching to BURY this witch to the ground, much like all of Johnny's exes. All it took was the witch to utter her name, and she was summoned like a familiar spirit awakened from her slumber to devastate the oppressor. Whereas you don't get the same energy from the turd's exes.
Kate Moss actually did want to be dragged in to this. She wanted to testify that J.D. never pushed her down any stairs. The problem was that this story was not relevant to the Depp v Heard case so her testimony was not allowed. However, in a hilarious twist, Amber Heard mentioned the Kate Moss stair rumor during her testimony and made the story relevant to the case, thus allowing Kate Moss to testify.

I had to do the same with my ex recently. His soon to be ex wife cheated on him and accused him of SA when he brought the divorce papers. I am a victim of SA but never by him. She brought me up and I was allowed to testify on his character and the kind of loving person he is. He told me that no one truly understands how amazing it feels when an ex comes to your defense. He left me for her and I still showed up without a second though. As soon as I heard I was allowed to testify I was ready to go. I haven’t missed a single court date, I have been there to support him since that moment. I didn’t go initially out of respect as I am the ex, but once I was brought up that changed and I have his back fully. I bet Johnny felt exactly how my ex felt when I testified. And I felt so proud to stand up for him and it felt so good to look her in the eye and shut down her lies with the truth.

Kate Moss speaking about this and setting the record straight gives me hope for this world. Amber went from being adament that she was told this by two people, to "Just heard a rumor", to "hearing a vague rumor" as she tried to distance herself and it became more clear it would be disproved. This is why a friend of mine (who is a fairly well known artist) has always told me to make sure you take care of your friends and fans. Not to be an outright liar, a user or act selfishly. This advice has proved to have huge dividends in the long run when you need help the most.
