I think she never accept the fact that Johnny Depp rejected her .. Depp said one of the triggering incidents for the couple's separation came when a cleaner found feces in a bed at their Los Angeles penthouse the morning after Heard's 30th birthday party in April 2016. He said that after this he realised that the marriage could not be saved.
And he's right.. what was she thinking when she did that. I mean she intentionally left that on the bed. Gross and disgusting! She should be embarrassed! .. she never deserved him and wanted more and more from him.. but he's fed up eventually. Toxic woman and deserves zero sympathy.

I’m so confused - how come this has happened for 5 years and none of her friends who were present during the events testified for her. It’s weird how tons of non-expert witnesses would risk perjury if it really happened and she was the only one telling the truth.
I find it difficult to discount someone’s claims of domestic violence but the way the case has been laid out, I can’t believe her. She claims it was constant, notes witnesses, yet they don’t come to the stand? So confused.
She worked on films and did photo shoots during that time and nobody noticed anything it doesn't ring true at all.

I'm a retired mental health social worker whose clients were Level 1 - most chronic and severe. I started in child and adolescents and moved into the adult system.
I'm also a survivor of severe abuse - mental, physical, emotional, sexual abuse.
Because of the age when the abuse started, I developed DID - dissociative identity disorder.
Personally, I think Ms. Heard is a p.o.s. and I'm angry.
She shows none of the behaviors of a sexually abused person.
There is a phenomenon indicative to survivors called "body memory".
When you recount the abuse, the body reflects that.
Some examples are hand wringing, tightly clutching the hands together, arms across the chest as in holding yourself, pulling your body inward by hunching over, knees drawn to make yourself a smaller target, trembling, and shame.
Down cast eyes, impairments of speech - stuttering, gasping, hyperventilating.
When I was watching Miss Heard, a part of me was remembering my abuse.
I started shaking my leg up and down, sweating, rapid breathing.....
Granted, there are always exceptions - but - as I said, I'm angry. I can't even relate to what she's saying.

that's not under court. That's law enforcer's job. Perjury is a crime. So cops will handle it after the trial has ended. But the problem is, it's rarely executed.
They need to have solid proof. Just like you buying illegal stuff, they need to catch you on the act. They cant charge you simply because it's super obvious that you did it.

I don't know if being charged for "perjury" applies in a civil case. Nobody is going to jail for this case. Both sides are suing for money. Someone might try to sue Amber and put her in jail for another case, like for example, in Australia where she smuggled dogs into the country, but probably not this one. The worst case for Amber is that the jury will award the money to Depp.
