Took some of the comments into consideration, put 1/3 cup of almond milk in, and I didn’t have coconut flour so I used 1.75 tablespoons of all purpose flour, also put it in the microwave for 90 seconds, it was amazing

  • @TEFgolfer11
    @TEFgolfer11 4 года назад +195

just tried this and can confirm it's really good. I took the advice of the comments and added 1/3 cup instead 1/4 cup milk, so not as dry. Subbed stevia sweetner for MonkFruit, and then also drizzled some zero sugar chocolate syrup on top.

    • @joescalia5456

How many packets of stevia did you put in?

    • @williamnibarger413

@@joescalia5456 you can put in two packets, Stevia won’t effect the cook Time much

Thanks for this comment. Made this earlier and was wondering if I should have / could have added more milk. My mom likes it a bit sweeter so I added some mint flavored syrup on top of hers and to mine when I was half way done just cos the mint sounded and smeed really good with hers. And I'm all about mint. 😋

Amazing, I used cookies and cream powder and a square of Lindt dark chocolate orange instead of chocolate chips as I had to make due with what I had but none the less was amazing especially with PB2 ontop
Edit: Definitely would advise not eating it 45 mins before dinner as I’ve just had to leave half my dinner

This is legit the BEST protein powder treat I've ever had. 10/10 (I did use all purpose flour and regular sugar since I didn't have the other ingredients, but I'm sure the other way is dang good too!)

Calories are slightly off, but still reasonable and delicious. 30g of protein = 150 cals. 1 egg = 70 cal. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk = 8 cal. Slightly over 228 cal total (without the sugar free chocolate chips), but definitely a low calorie, high protein dessert for a nice amount of volume overall. Just had some for the first time, and this will not be my last. Thanks for one of the easiest recipes out there!

Just made this; holy crap it's great. I used Mocha protein powder and it still tasted like a brownie since the cocoa has a pretty strong flavor and I used Stevia (heaping) instead of Monkfruit. It comes out sort of like a lava cake, though it didn't expand nearly as much as I thought.

I typically hate "anabolic" dessert recipes but these brownies taste incredible; especially with a few modifications. I add a pinch of finishing salt, a spoonful of instant coffee and a little vanilla extract, and 1/3 cup of milk instead of 1/4 Just make sure you slightly undercook them so there's a decent amount of liquid left in the middle (1:10 for my microwave) because they nasty when dried out.

I made a vanilla, the top comment suggested 1 tsp instant coffee which I had and used, 1/3 almond milk, 1.75tbsp all purpose flour, NO added sugar, plenty sweet with my protein powder for my taste, 255 cal. 31p/14c/7f. Might choose to add 2 tsp coffee with the vanilla, kind of fills the void of something of a “coffee cake” vibe

I'm mad for brownies and I'd eat them everyday but my doc wouldn't be chuffed if I do, neither would my ibs prone gut but I've been trying to find more guilt free option and yes while this has chocolate and is still a brownie it's much less guilt inducing cos you know what you put in there is way better than a traditional brownie and it definitely hits the spot when you're craving one. I'd love to add a scoop of vanilla ice cream but I need to find a lactose free option as dairy and I aren't the best friends. Any recommendations will be appreciated.

but then i bought this new protein powder and tried it again
    it was AMAZING this time
so my advice to anyone who is going to try this is to make sure your protein powder is good (or any of the other ingredients)
as it changed the taste and the texture dramatically
super good if done right lolol
