Just made this and lemme just say this recipe will singlehandedly be keeping me in check
Took some of the comments into consideration, put 1/3 cup of almond milk in, and I didn’t have coconut flour so I used 1.75 tablespoons of all purpose flour, also put it in the microwave for 90 seconds, it was amazing
just tried this and can confirm it's really good. I took the advice of the comments and added 1/3 cup instead 1/4 cup milk, so not as dry. Subbed stevia sweetner for MonkFruit, and then also drizzled some zero sugar chocolate syrup on top.
How many packets of stevia did you put in?
@@joescalia5456 you can put in two packets, Stevia won’t effect the cook Time much
Thanks for this comment. Made this earlier and was wondering if I should have / could have added more milk. My mom likes it a bit sweeter so I added some mint flavored syrup on top of hers and to mine when I was half way done just cos the mint sounded and smeed really good with hers. And I'm all about mint. 😋
Man you're a life saver. Currently on a cut and this just saved me from what couldve been a binge attack.
I love how, after all these years, Hudson still recommends to "go ahead and" :D
He literally said it as I was reading this 🤣
Sort of like how Brandon recommends "so what you want to do is..." 🤣
Pleasantly surprised! Used a little more milk, all purpose flour instead of coconut, and vanilla protein powder instead of chocolate (plus a bit of salt). Really tasty! So glad I have a dessert besides fruit and yogurt 😂
Amazing, I used cookies and cream powder and a square of Lindt dark chocolate orange instead of chocolate chips as I had to make due with what I had but none the less was amazing especially with PB2 ontop
Edit: Definitely would advise not eating it 45 mins before dinner as I’ve just had to leave half my dinner
That dark chocolate orange sounds like sex 👌🏻
This protein brownie recipe is a life saver especially when you’re on prep for a bodybuilding competition! I used almond milk and blended this all with oats instead of flour and it came out amazing
This is legit the BEST protein powder treat I've ever had. 10/10 (I did use all purpose flour and regular sugar since I didn't have the other ingredients, but I'm sure the other way is dang good too!)
I just made this recipe with few modifications (Almond flour and coconut oil) And without chocolate chips And it tasted incredibly good. Thanks for the recipe!
I was wondering if I could use almond flour!! Thanks for the tip... what about the coconut oil? Are you substituting for anything?
Just made this with the 1/3 cup of coocnut milk and it came out amazing. Added some fat free reddie whip and walden farms caramel on top.
is it going to work with casein as well ?
Calories are slightly off, but still reasonable and delicious. 30g of protein = 150 cals. 1 egg = 70 cal. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk = 8 cal. Slightly over 228 cal total (without the sugar free chocolate chips), but definitely a low calorie, high protein dessert for a nice amount of volume overall. Just had some for the first time, and this will not be my last. Thanks for one of the easiest recipes out there!
It looks amazing...... Question... Why not mix it all in one bowl? Is it just to ensure it wont stick to the second bowl?.. I am so lazy that I'll probably do it in one bowl and f-it up haha.
36 hour fast just started 3 hours ago I can't wait to try this on Friday 🤪 def something I'm going to start making often
Just made this; holy crap it's great. I used Mocha protein powder and it still tasted like a brownie since the cocoa has a pretty strong flavor and I used Stevia (heaping) instead of Monkfruit. It comes out sort of like a lava cake, though it didn't expand nearly as much as I thought.
I instantly tried your brownie after watching your video. I have endlessly looked for an instant cup cake and brownie and watching you and then trying it I knew this was Finally the one for me. Thanks and I did subscribe there aftwards.
I typically hate "anabolic" dessert recipes but these brownies taste incredible; especially with a few modifications. I add a pinch of finishing salt, a spoonful of instant coffee and a little vanilla extract, and 1/3 cup of milk instead of 1/4 Just make sure you slightly undercook them so there's a decent amount of liquid left in the middle (1:10 for my microwave) because they nasty when dried out.
Can You make this in an oven? If Yes what temp and how long? 😃
I would say 180c for 10-12 pull it out when its still gooey in the center and preheat for 15 mins at least
Hahahah the sound effect in the ingredients demonstration are so CUTE!!!!!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
wow this is so good,i used blended oats for flour and also i didnt have chocolate protein powder so i used vanilla protein and coco powder and it came out amazingggg
It's crazy that this is healthier than 99% of Protein bars. I get that Protein bars still super convenient but working remote now I've been adding this in and its amazing
Made this today. Added a bit more milk but otherwise delicious and quick! I am going to be making this a lot!
Amazingness confirmed. I used all purpose flour, Stevia and buttermilk instead and it was absolutely delicious
1:46 this was awesome haha
I was watching this with my 4 year old and he asked "why did the man put fire into the bowl?"
amarh111 😂😂😂
Thank you, thank you, thank you. Just tried this and it can out amazing. All of your protein treats are great.
What if I don't have microwave, can I use oven instead for 1 minute also??
I made a vanilla, the top comment suggested 1 tsp instant coffee which I had and used, 1/3 almond milk, 1.75tbsp all purpose flour, NO added sugar, plenty sweet with my protein powder for my taste, 255 cal. 31p/14c/7f. Might choose to add 2 tsp coffee with the vanilla, kind of fills the void of something of a “coffee cake” vibe
I just made this, and all I can say is Wow! It’s amazing! Thank you dude, you’re like a hero! New subscriber👍
Amazing recipe !! Just tried it 😍 I didn’t have any coconut flour so left that step out but still turned out SO GOOD
I love this have made it several times now and my son loves it too!!! Stay buff💪🏻💪🏻
You guys changed my life with white yogurt mixed with protein advice. I make it before sleep at least overy other day for years, delicious!
There’s no coconut flour in my country ; can I substitute it to any flour ? I have chickpea flour . How many grams should I substitute it to
REALLY good! Can we add in greek yogurt instead of a liquid?
This recipe will help me stay keto, my friend! Thank you!!!!
Can I use baking soda instead of baking powder?
I did this and used some peanut butter protein powder
Top tier, thanks for posting!
can you put this in the fridge to make it even thicker?
I really need to know where you got that cooking spray bottle from?
Just made this and it was very good
It is very nice, we enjoy it very much! Thanks for the recepie!
Just made these. Legit super good. Had to replace the monk fruit and coconut flour, though.
Joel Arnall replaced with what?
JP Brusque probably Stevia and all purpose flour
Can I stick it in an oven to make them like actual brownies or is the microwave the only option
Can I just use egg whites instead of a whole egg.? Just a curious question 😅
Where did you buy that cooking spray canister??
Can I keep the mix in a fridge and use when wanted? How long for the mix to spoil in the fridge?
I would say around 3 days to be safe. Some recipes even call for that.
I have to try that... looks simple and delicious...
Does anybody know if you can expand the recipe and use it as a meal prep desert. What are the Marcos also?
Instead of the microwave, how long do I put it in the oven and what temp?
Best recipe on RUclips satisfied all my cravings
Just tried this. That... was... incredible! And so quick
Can i change coconut flour for something else?
how can I do this using the oven? is it possible to do this in the oven in any way?
How many carbohydrates?? Thank you
This thing is really great, I used regular flour cause, but yeah, takes about 5 mins to make, and tastes as good as the high calorie low protein food it replaces
Just made this for the first time. 100% becoming a staple
Damn!! You're showing this to me AFTER I've made the protein fluff??? Now I can wait until tomorrow to try this.
Why'd it taste?
Where’d it taste?
When'd it taste?
What’d it taste?
Whoeyrt'd it taste?
Overcooked it and the texture of the side turns out like cake and it’s strange, but the middle part is like chocolate mousse and tastes really good! Will try to make it again!
OH MY DUDES, this is so Good. I just made this and its outstanding. I used Ryse chocolate peanut butter cup protein.
I just made this recipe with peppermint chocolate chunks. Raised the calories just a little but I have a new addiction because of it 😍😍
Just made this and it lives up to the positive feedback. Well done.
I made it but switched out the chocolate for cinnamon toast protein powder with frozen blue berries. Also good.
Can you do this with whey isolate?
Can you use oat flour?
I clicked on a random video looking for a recipe, and to my enjoyment. It was you, amazing
You guys are like the theatre of the fitness community. This is fun and I'm learning new things
Just made it and its amazing!! And no joke its the ONLY recipe I’ve ever made that my girlfriend enjoyed! So much that she stole my bowl and decided it was HER brownie 😂😂
I remember making something like this a few years back. It was more like moose than a brownie and I never made it again.
No microwave here so what temperature and time in owen??
Every one minutes he's doing biceps flexing 😅
If you had biceps like his wouldn't you do the same?
F in the chat for his sleeves barely holding together
This is the first video I've watched on this channel and I don't even know how many times I laughed at this point. Right on.💪
I made this today, trust me on this, best recipe on the net
Looks great! Do you happen to have the macros?
3:42 bottom text
I just tried it and it tastes great.
What wattage microwave did he use just for reference?
is there an alternative for coconut flour?
...ap flour?
Regular flour, oat flour, almond flour, take your pic.
God bless you for adding grams on the website
can we actually make steamed brownies with that recipe?
I'm mad for brownies and I'd eat them everyday but my doc wouldn't be chuffed if I do, neither would my ibs prone gut but I've been trying to find more guilt free option and yes while this has chocolate and is still a brownie it's much less guilt inducing cos you know what you put in there is way better than a traditional brownie and it definitely hits the spot when you're craving one. I'd love to add a scoop of vanilla ice cream but I need to find a lactose free option as dairy and I aren't the best friends. Any recommendations will be appreciated.
Thanks for this recipe and all the comments suggesting extra milk.
This channel deserves more subscribers
What are the macros for this?
I have made this a few times and every single time the top is fine but at the very bottom it's just liquid ass, any tips?
Put it in the microwave for 30 more seconds. I also put a plate over the bowl to keep the heat in and cook the bottom more. Most of the liquid was gone after
i tried this and the first time it was disgusting ! i had an upset stomach for days lol
but then i bought this new protein powder and tried it again
it was AMAZING this time
so my advice to anyone who is going to try this is to make sure your protein powder is good (or any of the other ingredients)
as it changed the taste and the texture dramatically
super good if done right lolol
What types of protein powders did you switch from? We're they both whey just different brands?
How many cals/carbs??
How does this have 20.5g of protein per serving with 1/2 scoop of protein powder per serving??
Just made them they’re really good!
Woah, i made the mistake of adding 20 secs more and it turned into a full blown cake texture. Add a bit of frosting made up of protein powder and no/95%less fat philadelphia and it make for a amazing mini cake with even more protein :D.
Thank you so much for the recipe!
What's an alternative to Monk Fruit?
Awesome 💪🏼
this is the first video i’ve seen by you and i like the energy
Really good
how many carbs?
Any good breakfast ideas before highschool?
Wow interesting thanks for sharing
I made this yesterday and it was so good I had to make it again today.
calories and macros?
I had a craving for chocolate and this was so quick and easy! I loved it. Next time I need to stir it all after it sits because some parts were dry and others more liquidy. It was still delicious. I didn’t add any additional sweetener or chocolate chips and it was still amazing. Love this recipe. Thank you!
As much as i love this channel, convertign a quartercup of milk into gramms instead of milliliters is the most american thing ive seen in a while 🤣
Why coconut flour instead of wheat flour?
Thanks bro this is exactly what I was craving.
I just tried it and it's really good but a little bit dry so i added a bit of almondmilk to make it more loose and more like a sticky chocolate pudding. I do recommend it if you think it's a little bit roo dry!
Just made these and thought the same, just a tad dry but good. I made with 1/4c almond milk, might try 1/3c next time and see what that does. Thanks!
