What an interesting new meal idea !?!! I eat chicharones fairly often because I'm currently working on weightloss with the ketogenic way of eating. (55 lbs down so far :-)) the combination of eggs, avocados and seasoned pork skins are allowed and definitely a way to change up my diet and keep things fresh and interesting. Although, no tortillas are allowed, but I could use lettuce leaves instead. Thanks so much for sharing this today!! You are one of my favorite youtube cooks btw!! I've raised 7 kids and cooking needs to be fairly fast, fresh, healthy and good tasting! Your recipes are perfectly suited to "real" living. Thx!!

Your barbacoa recipe is so much like restaurant flavor! I have been using slow cooker for years making barbacoa, but never put in flavors more than salt! Would love to meet up some day after this whole craziness is over! I LOVE Korean food as well, going to make Bulgogi this week!

I LOVE msg, it seriously taste amazing. I also got this umami seasoning from amazon it's made from mushrooms it's an all natural msg and it seriously does the exact same to a dish as msg does it makes everything taste better

My Mom use to render pork rinds and use them to make "Cracklin' Cornbread", yummmmmm! I haven't seen any butchers who offer them already made which is odd considering where I live. Now I'm really craving them and the bagged ones aren't the same in cornbread.
