I just happened to be passing through with comments my friend, I get thousands spread throughout all my videos and I wish I could respond to all because I love what i do, but I just can't keep up...I love texture, and in this dish I wanted it to be chunky, I love using the blender, roasting and the molcajete when making salsas, they all have a time, but not always necessary. *Delicious!* Very close to my recipe,try adding a chilie smashed in from a can of salsa de adobo with chipotle...and a tablespoon of the cans loose sauce...it's a game changer!*

Love chicharrones and usually now order them as a breakfast plate or taco since Johnny won't eat it. But now I'm thinking I could whip this up and share it with his sister who does eat meat. I made this for breakfast exactly following your method for my brother and me. He said all he had to do was close his eyes and feel like he was sitting and eating in Mexico City, lol.
