I mean this cheese is called turkish cheese which they follow all the same recipe and add chopped dill, peper or walnuts or butter in that cheese recipe for different various making styles. Looks like a keeper to me. Whey makes very good freezer pops. Add what flavoring goes with lemon. Mom used to use cider vinegar and the whey, to us kids, was good when chilled.
