Guten Tag, ich schreibe Ihnen aus Deutschland, wohnhaft in der Lüneburger Heide. Wir haben Ihr Rezept zum Kuhmilchkäse ausprobiert und sind begeistert. Wir haben uns frische Kuhmilch direkt vom Bauern geholt und die Zutaten dann für einen Liter Milch neu berechnet. Das nächste mal werden wir dann Kräuter, oder vielleicht auch mal Knoblauch etc. dazu geben.

Я всю жизнь готовила Карачаевских сыр из цельного молока получается с 10 литров 3 кг сыра остальное выходит сыворотка😂
