To improve the taste of buttermilk and make drinkable finely grind
1. 1-3 Long Green Chillies preferably the Byadgee variety or as khara as you wish. Very often I skip the 🌶 part.
2. 1inch ginger.
3. 1 sprig curry leaves (kadee patta)
3. 1 handful coriander leaves
4. 2-3 clove garlic (optional)
5. Salt to taste.
Now bring up the volume of the buttermilk to 1L by adding cold (🥶) water. Serve at the end of the meal. Specially if it’s a festival or wedding meal your guests will bless you.
If you do not dilute the buttermilk it can be served with Hotttttt Khichadee, Ghee & Papad. (In a way it’s an un cooked Khadee without the besan).
Nice Sharing.. 😊
Thank you ♥

What is curd? What is another name of a substitute for curd if you don’t have it ?
Curd is natural youghurt , actually traditionally butter is made from youghurt in india and then the butter milk obtained is very tasty and fermented which is good for health and u can use butter too. Youghurt is added so that bacteria from youghurt can also ferment clotted cream 🙏
@@Anmolnegi-yw7hg 🙏🙏God bless

But what is the use of that butter milk?
Buttermilk makes tender cakes, quick breads and biscuits, and works with both sweet and savory flavors, also you can use in pancakes...

This is how my mother makes ghee but she usually throws away the buttermilk and didn't know that from that we can make butter also. Thanx for sharing
Butter milk is the liquid that is separated from butter.... And to make ghee it is mandatory to make butter. I didn't understand what u said here.
@@safeenanaz6661 my mother didn't know that the solid part which is separated from the buttermilk can be solidified and it becomes butter. She does the exact same process but throw the buttermilk and uses the solid part to make ghee.
@@azrabano8615 the solid part itself is butter my dear. And we get ghee when we heat that solid part.
@@azrabano8615 and sometimes we throw away the buttermilk because it becomes bitter.. may be that was the reason for throwing away the buttermilk

i used to make yoghurt years ago!! all you need is, FULL FAT MILK, SOME YOGHURT, VACUUM FLASK.
boil the milk, let it cool to blood temperature, pour it into a vacuum flask with just a tablespoon of yoghurt, close the vacuum , give it one gentle shake, and leave it for overnight. You will have yoghurt in the morning.

Hi, how much butter yields from 1.5 liter milk?
I'm not sure about how much direct from the milk, but from watching other's videos on how to make butter from heavy cream, about 2 cups of heavy cream makes 1/2 lb. of butter, besides the leftover buttermilk. Hope that helps.
why dont you use gloves then touching it directly with hands without washing ....unhyginic presentation .
Hi Derick,
Thank you for your feedback and concern regarding my RUclips recipe video. I understand your point about hygiene and I appreciate you bringing it up.
In my videos, I prioritize cleanliness and food safety. While it may not always be evident on camera, I assure you that I follow proper hand hygiene practices. Before filming, I thoroughly wash my hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds. This step is crucial to maintain a hygienic environment in the kitchen.
The decision not to wear gloves during the video is a personal choice based on a few factors. First, gloves can sometimes interfere with dexterity and make it challenging to handle certain ingredients or perform precise tasks. Second, wearing gloves does not guarantee hygiene unless they are changed frequently throughout the process. Since I wash my hands regularly and handle the ingredients with care, I believe that it is sufficient to ensure cleanliness.
However, I understand that different people have different preferences and concerns. I appreciate your feedback, and I will take it into consideration for future videos. It is essential for me to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation, and I will continue to find ways to improve my content and address any concerns raised by my viewers.
Thank you again for your comment, and I hope you continue to enjoy my recipes.

Do we need to boil the milk everyday to get the cream? And where to store the milk after the cream has been collected?

Wow enjoyed your video amazing homemade butter.💯New friend here joined with you😍keep connected 💐💐💐
Bullshit! In my country buttermilk and butter are in the same price....
Approximately how much cream did you need and how much butter did it provide?
If you want good quality of buttermilk, adding buttermilk to lukewarm milk, and set it for 10-12 hours, then churn after will get good butter and buttermlk.. This should be done daily.
MashaAllha zabardast 👌👌
It you don't give yoghurt it will be butter ? I'm bangladeshi . Please reply me 🥺
Traditionally butter is made from cultured cream in which we add curd or sour cream to the cream of fresh milk, collect the cream in 7-10 days and then churned the cream to make butter
Which milk u used cow or buffalo.. ur butter was yellow in colour..when I make it is white in color. Plz specify.
Can this be made with pasteurized milk bought at the store, or do you need raw milk?
Raw milk is preferred it has more fat which is needed for Ghee (saturated oil) or butter
I'm sorry. I'm new to all this but I'd like to learn. Where is she bringing the curd from?
Can someone tell me why my butter comes out so soft/watery? I can't even properly shape it.
Why my butter is not yellow by using this process? How can we make Unsalted butter?
What is the ratio of curd to cream? Thanks for sharing.
@@brighterdaysplantnurseryan2629 where do u get the curd?
Branded milk will not give any cream. So we must use fresh milk from cow or buffalo every day
Thanks! Can you pl make a video about some uses of this buttermilk? I would be thankful.
Have it after lunch or anytime. Add pinch of roasted cumin and black salt. Great for gut.
Or you can use it in uttapam, kadhi etc too

Hi Rupali,

Why do we have to add curd to the cream? Can’t we make butter without it?
I hope it doesn't smell. I tried before but that had a different smell.
i think you use greek yoghurt if you cant find curd!
