    To improve the taste of buttermilk and make drinkable finely grind
    1. 1-3 Long Green Chillies preferably the Byadgee variety or as khara as you wish. Very often I skip the 🌶 part.
    2. 1inch ginger.
    3. 1 sprig curry leaves (kadee patta)
    3. 1 handful coriander leaves
    4. 2-3 clove garlic (optional)
    5. Salt to taste.
    Now bring up the volume of the buttermilk to 1L by adding cold (🥶) water. Serve at the end of the meal. Specially if it’s a festival or wedding meal your guests will bless you.
    If you do not dilute the buttermilk it can be served with Hotttttt Khichadee, Ghee & Papad. (In a way it’s an un cooked Khadee without the besan).

    why dont you use gloves then touching it directly with hands without washing ....unhyginic presentation .

    • @MyLockDownRasoi
      @MyLockDownRasoi  Год назад +1

      Hi Derick,
      Thank you for your feedback and concern regarding my RUclips recipe video. I understand your point about hygiene and I appreciate you bringing it up.
      In my videos, I prioritize cleanliness and food safety. While it may not always be evident on camera, I assure you that I follow proper hand hygiene practices. Before filming, I thoroughly wash my hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds. This step is crucial to maintain a hygienic environment in the kitchen.
      The decision not to wear gloves during the video is a personal choice based on a few factors. First, gloves can sometimes interfere with dexterity and make it challenging to handle certain ingredients or perform precise tasks. Second, wearing gloves does not guarantee hygiene unless they are changed frequently throughout the process. Since I wash my hands regularly and handle the ingredients with care, I believe that it is sufficient to ensure cleanliness.
      However, I understand that different people have different preferences and concerns. I appreciate your feedback, and I will take it into consideration for future videos. It is essential for me to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation, and I will continue to find ways to improve my content and address any concerns raised by my viewers.
      Thank you again for your comment, and I hope you continue to enjoy my recipes.
