All the recipes and dishes I have made are referenced and learned on the internet, youtube, google... I'm not the first to make them, not the first to create a certain dish. . I just change the ingredients to make the dish suit my taste. And I just hope my video has an easy way to communicate so that you can successfully make the dishes that you like. If anything bothers you, I sincerely apologize.
And the last thing I am not a professional chef. I'm just a normal person, thank you.

I love the tendency of those trendy smooth and perfect shaped foods in your channel. I remember the chocolate dessert with a perfect rectangular shape and how satisfying was to watch how you cut pieces from it. Here with the butter it's the same. An I've never thought how easy it is to make your own nice butter at home! 😮

i just made this! Haven’t tried it yet but it was pretty simple to make. If anyone wants to make it, make sure you get a cream with more fat in it. For example, I used whipped cream which has 35% of fat so i didn’t need to pour as much into my bowl. The more fat there is the more butter you get.

You can also buy a carton of heavy cream, use about 1/5 of it, and shake it for a few minutes, holding the carton tightly closed- until you hear thudding sounds inside the carton. Sprinkle in a pinch of salt and if you want a pinch of parsley and or garlic. I've never rinsed my butter, but I use it within a few days.

My grandmom always makes her own butter and i help her with it.... She has been making it before this trend started and it's amazing(another trend which is clarified butter is ghee which is always used in Indian cuisine)

    • @thaliacrafts407

Ghee is great for people who are allergic to the protein in milk, because clarifying butter removes a lot of that. People who can't eat regular butter can often still eat ghee.

I've been eating the homemade "butter" my whole life! It's so easy and very delicious. It's much better and tastier than store brought ones. I especially love makhhan, it make a great dip and a great sandwich

@@AG_92 yeah but in a lot of countries the heavy cream is more expensive than the butter so its not always worth it. They got a point

i can buy a 200g refrigerated butter for around $1.20 and less than $2 for the spreadable variant. I'm not sure though if i can buy a heavy cream/milk that can produce a 200g butter for that price.
