I made this yesterday. Beyond delicious. This will be a permanent recipe in my life. The best crepes I’ve ever eaten. The filling was amazing. I put lemon curd on every third crepe and put crushed Meyer lemon cookies on top. 💯

Don't forget to first cool down your egg milk mixture and then put the plastic otherwise your plastic will melt (some who don't know what im talking about..... Its at 2:12)

Nino: I'm not good at assembling it *has special spreader, spinning base and very cute cake as a result* I made very similar cake for my friend once! Instead of custard I used two mixes: soft cottage cheese with a bit if sugar and cherry jam So one layer is cottage cheese and the other is jam and so on ❤❤❤
