    Out of so many crème brûlée recipes out there on RUclips this is the one that I’ve decided to go for and never regretted! It’s been in our family for 2 years now and I’m preparing it today again for Christmas!

    I tested the recipe and it was delicious. The quantities in the recipe only allowed me to make 3 crèmes brûlées, so I doubled it to have 6 of them. The recipe is quite easy; I managed on the first try. I did not have a blow torch so I didn't add any sugar on top and caramelize it. It was still great.
    You can use the leftover egg whites by mixing them with some veggies and stir-frying it all on a pan. That way nothing goes to waste.

    Just a kind reminder:
    For people who don’t have a blowtorch at home, take an unused spoon and heat it under fire, then gently put that on top of the creme brûlée.
    But be careful not to burn your fingers!

      @@daisywu5114 You cud even use the griller option in an OTG to caramelise the sugar. It needs careful watching though to remove it just when the sugar caramelised.

    Anyone hesitant as to whether they should make this - DO IT! I tried this recipe for my mum who absolutely adores crème brûlée and she loved it so much. It was so creamy and sweet and just divine.

    Out of other recipes this is the most suitable to my liking. The level of sweetness just on point. And cause i have exactly 250 ml of Anchor Whipping Cream, I made all of them and just balance the milk quantity to 50 ml. And the taste is exquisite. This recipe makes a total of 4 portion of creme brulee. Love your work and thanks for sharing. All the best😊

    If anyone who doesn't have a blow torch you could put 1:1 ratio of water and sugar on a pan boil them to almost burnt since brulé meant burnt anyway after youve done the caramel pour it on top sit for some time then enjoy!

      that works but if u want an easier method you can just sprinkle ur sugar over it, and broil in a toaster oven/ conventional oven/ normal oven/ air fryer (though i haven't tried air fryer, try it at ur own risk) for 5 minutes then cool and enjoy with some fruit

    For people who don't have a blow torch at home, another method can just to melt sugar with the tiniest bit of water and honey until caramelised and then just pour it over the cream. You have to be very careful about the temperature and amount though other wise you’ll get an over burnt or undercaramalized sugar

    So so SO good I love this recipe soo daamn muuchhh. First batch came out too sweet for my tastes so I reduced the amount of sugar to 25g, tasted perfect afterwards. I've since made this several times and shared with my family and they all loved it

    I never knew how creme bruleé was made. I always thought it was super hard to make lol. It looks pretty easy. This is my favorite dessert. There's a restaurant I know called "Water street cafe" (bc. Van) and they make lavender & raspberry creme bruleé....OMG it is Soooo delicious!!! I swear I could it everyday. But then i would get sick of it lol.
    I wish i knew how they made theirs. So i can make it at home lol. Anyways thanks for showing how to make this, I will have to make some for myself and my parents to try 😀🙏

    Best tasting creme brulee recipe, the heavy whipping creme only recipe from another youtuber sucked in comparison. This actually taste like a desert while the other had a sort of egg taste/aftertaste. I'm definitely saving this and would make again

    Hello 😃 I've actually made Nino's recipe and it's a good one. Mine doesn't turn out great because I put too much vanilla. BTW, this recipe makes 4 ramekins of creme brulee using the one's used by Nino. Happy cooking 😉

    I think Nino mentioned a long while ago that no one in real life knew his channel, and no one on his channel knew who we was in real life.

    In my region this dish is called Elba.. we like it flavored though.. add saffron threads to it, cardamom for aromatics instead of vanilla as we use evaporated milk (or water over great amount of milk powder) instead of cream. So tasty.

    Here are the ingredients:
    3 egg yolks
    35g Sugar
    100ml Milk
    200g whipping cream
    1 Tsp Vanilla
    Mix
    30-50 min on medium low heat
    Sugar
    Blowtorch

    I'd love to try this! I've never had creme brulee before, this seems like a safe standard recipe for a first time trying the dessert unless I find a place that has it on their menu.
    This was very relaxing to watch and listen to, definitely ASMR friendly ❤ and your subtitles are charming 😊 +1 sub!

    You can broil them top shelf after sugar coating them just watch with the door open hi broil until they solidify and char a bit turns out the same !! My guy said I felt like I was on acid when I ate them 🫠😝 this is a lovely brûlée video kudos!!

      I think that's all the recipe is for actually depending how on size. I only got 2 with 6oz remekins. So I'll need to triple.

    u can make like Alvin recipe just a vanilla ice cream 1 egg yolk and some sugar and some water its easy good and delicious
