    Thanks for sharing this recipe!
    I had to do it twice because the first time the chocolate and agar agar didn't dissolve completely. The trick was getting the temperature to almost boiling and then turn off the fire once the milk started raising.

    I made it 2 times. It was perfect and your video explains the process perfectly. I used 65% cacao dark chocolate the second time, because at first I used 53% and it wasn't very rich. Also, I used brown sugar, no problems at all. Next, I'd like to try almond milk instead of whole milk.

      It was very tasty and light with the almond milk, although just a touch runnier than with whole cow milk. I think I preferred the almond milk.

    따라해봤는데 대박템이에요 쉽고 빠르고 신기하고 맛있는 초코푸딩이 완성되네요 저는 쿠킹하루님의 용량보다 절반의 양을 만들었어요 제 완성품은 생간의 비주얼인데 역시 실전은 다르네여 ㅋㅋ 근데 여기서 좀더 꾸덕한 브라우니처럼 만들고 싶을땐 뭘 더 넣어야 할까요?

      yes but Agar is stronger so you have to use more Gelatin

    Cartons are waxed paper, wouldn't the nearly boiling hot mixture just melt the wax when you pour it into the carton?

    I would sprinkle the cocoa powder over the served slice so that it can cover any holes from the bubbles and can cover a greater area with the dry, unsweetened powder as a contrast to the silky, sweet pudding. Thanks for the clever and easy recipe!

    2:53 If someone has difficulty removing the pudding, another way is to wet a cloth with hot water. Then, wring it out and lay it over the mold for a few seconds. It should slide out easily.

    A bit too much chocolate for me (I usually do this with cocoa and corn starch) but it must be delicious! Something you can treat yourself with once in a while!
    Anyway, I loved your rake, how you kindly explain everything as to be helpful to newbies too... Overall very sweet, relaxing and funny. Subscribed! 😊

    덧글들의 우려대로 우유팩 안에는 폴리에틸렌 프로필렌 류의 방수 비닐이 들어 있기 때문에
    뜨거운 무언가를 넣거나 끓이는 용기로 사용하면 정말로 녹긴 합니다. (그정도 먹는다고 죽지는 않으나 몸에 쌓아놔서 좋은건 없죠)
    다만 끓는 점 이하 혹은 전자렌지 , 오븐 방식외로 중탕같은 방식으로 잠깐 가열하는건 버팁니다. 그 이상하면 녹아서 용출 시작됨

      제가 군대 있을 때, 우유 100ml 정도에 건빵 부숴서 넣고 우유팩에 넣고 전자레인지에 돌렸는데 괜찮겠죠?

      설탕을 안넣으면 레시피가 달라져야 합니다
      한천으로 응고 시킬때 설탕의 양이 응고력에 영향을 줍니다

      yes you have to use about 3-7x as much gelatin
      and be carefull you can´t leave gelatin in the sun

    Tried it but mine came out like chocolate milk, even after refrigerating for 5 hours! Maybe needs more Agar powder? I used a measuring spoon to use exactly what was listed in the video. Not sure what I’m doing wrong

      Firstly, you measure weight with a scale not a spoon 😜 and Agar needs to hit at least 90c for two minutes to work as intended.

    재료 : 초코 50그람 우유 190그람 설탕 20그람 한천 4분의 1밥숟가락
    초코 중탕, 우유에 초코제외 재료 다 때려 넣고 섞은 다음 중약불->약불로 끓여주다 초코 넣고 섞고 틀에 붓어 굳히면 끄읕..👍👍
