Hi there, I am new to the States, and ideally do not have much idea about the Michelin star restaurants here. Would be happy to go anywhere that you would send us. By us, i mean my husband and I. My boyfriend and I are two medical students who are currently studying for our step 1 boards in mid June. Throughout this pandemic we’ve witnessed medical professionals compassionately and selflessly care for the sick, no matter who they are what they’ve done or where they’ve come from. Even though it’s been an extremely hard year, we’ve been so inspired and honored to be going into a profession to physically, mentally, and spiritually care for those who are sick. On the days when I wanted to give up, he was always there to lift me up even though he was going through the same thing too. It’s been a long road, but we’ve helped each other keep motivated to reach out dreams of becoming doctors. If chosen, I’d love to surprise him with a dinner at the French Laundry. We went to undergrad near the Napa Valley and always dreamed of going there someday. It would be such an awesome way to celebrate how far we’ve come and commemorate a huge milestone of passing boards together.

I would want to go to Eleven Madison Park with my brother. There are multiple reasons but a major one being their newly introduced vegan menu. Although now it is becoming more prevalent, it is quite rare to see true quality of cuisine with vegetarian/vegan food, and as a vegetarian, I want to be able to experience a top restaurant without being restricted by what I can or can't eat. Thus, I think it is monumental in the world of cooking and cuisine that Eleven Madison Park is broadening it's expertise to cater to people of all kinds. It would truly be the experience of a lifetime! Also, Happy Late Birthday Nick! You're actually the man, don't know what I would do without you!
I remember the first time I tried crème brûlée. I was around 9 and I was scared that when I cracked the sugar on top it would cut me, but all in all, I tried it and it’s now my favorite thing. I first tried it on a cruise, and next week I’m going on that exact cruise! I’m so excited to have it every night in the dining room, and thanks for this amazing video, Nick!

I don’t know where I’d go but my mum has helped me so much through a project of mine which was making a cookbook. I think it would mean a lot to her because we never get to eat out because we live in the country and I think would be a very special experience for the both of us.
I would like both my parents to head a 3 michelin star restaurant but i don't know which one they would like, ive been watching your videos and tiktoks for a while and I really appreciate the work you do for us! much love nick
Helpful Tips :3 I just made creme brulee in my pastry class days ago and we used propane to torch the tops of it. If the sugar glaze on top is too dark like darker than golden brown or black you risk and lose the flavor of the caramelization because it ends up tasting very bitter if it's too dark like the big creme brulees you made. It's best to go a bit darker than golden brown but not black or dark brown to enjoy it properly. Also, for the small ones the best way is to hold it up with a propane torch and as you torch it you turn it around up high and let the sugar you torched drip down as you turn it and repeat to make it even and to avoid over torching it.
Hi Nick, congrats on 1 million and happy birthday!!! My boyfriend and I love watching your videos! We have been in a long distance relationship for over a year and watching your videos together over face time is something we love to do that keeps us connected. This pandemic has made it very difficult to travel being that he lives in San Francisco and I'm currently living in San Diego, therefore if I won this giveaway I would go with him to La Pergola Rome, a three Michelin restaurant located in the Lazio Region of Italy! It is one of our dreams to eat authentic Italian food and we have plans to visit after graduating from our university. Thank you so much for creating moments to smile and laugh about during such trying times, we are huge fans!!!!
My name is marcus and I would love to go to rise n°1 in Texas, mainly because I used to cook and it was my passion and I drifted away from it, but finding you was honestly a life saver, I’m back to cooking and my dreams of being a chef are back at #1 thank you nick, and I would take my girlfriend.
Thank You Nick for this amazing opportunity, I would take my mother, father, sister and aunt. I honestly don't know any Michelin starred restaurants but I would give both tickets to my parents because last year my mom couldn't celebrate her 50th birthday due to covid-19.
I’d like to take my son to Le Jules Verne restaurant at the tour Eiffel. He has been so inspired, almost a call to arms to want to cook and create because of everything you post! You are a shining role model and brought warm roasting rays of cooking inspiration which is now part of his daily routine ! Keep cooking keep creating and Thankyou !
I would love to take my mom to a restaurant called "Zilte" in Antwerp (Belgium). She's been through a lot this year because of her health while always being there for everyone else. She truly deserves the world.
I would bring my mom to Sushi Gyoten. Last the year has been rough on her and she could really use a getaway. We would always go out to sushi to celebrate good grades or a sports game and we have jokingly talked about going to Japan someday and I think that it would be really special to finally celebrate HER and all she’s done for me with the best sushi there is.
Congratulations Nick! Love your videos! The restaurant my wife and I would like to attend is Benu in San Francisco! We’re in escrow on our first home together and we should be able to move in at the beginning of June. We’re so excited and would love to celebrate by experiencing this restaurant which is wayyyy out of our pay grade lol. Keep up the great work!
I would go to Atelier Crenn in San Francisco and would take my mom. She means the world to me and she sacrificed a lucrative career to raise me and my brother. She is very into poetry and after seeing how Dominique writes her tasting menus in the form of poetry, she was immediately drawn in and became obsessed, checking out the menus that’d come up and dreaming that maybe one day she’d be able to go there. I hope that I can make that dream a reality. This would be the ultimate way of showing my appreciation for her.
I would go to Le Bernardin in NYC and bring my mom with me. I have heard the food is amazing and my mom deserves an amazing meal after the year 2020. Congratulations on 2M!! 💗
The Chefs Table at Brooklyn Fare. Never been to restaurant with a Michelin Star, let alone 3. It's the closest one to us in NJ. I'd take My Fiancé Dora and try to make a night of it. This would be our first time to a nice restaurant as we never had to dress up before. It would be great to see her in a dress before our wedding. hey nick ive been a fan of your channel sense you started and your the reason i started cooking i remember watching master chef one day and i saw you and you were so much younger than all the competitors but you made it to the top three and watching you on that show made me become a cook and i’d love to take my dad because on my journey as cook he always supported me and always bought me things to cook with and i wish i could serve him something that could thank him for everything he’s done for me all my life but i’m not that good at cooking yet so i wish i could take him with me. i’m 15 years old and i’ll still be a big fan even if you don’t choose me.
I would go to L'Ambroisie in Paris, I would take my mom because she deserves it more than anyone. She gave me life and a way to show her that I'm thankful would be to do something really nice for her. Also because we both are big food people. lmao thanks Nick
Pesto is beautiful my friend as a Dwarf Hamster and hes been alive for 4 years now so adorable, great video. I don't have a specific restaurant in mind but i live near Boston so id ve open for your suggestions, Id go out to Boston, so but I can tell you id bring my 98 year old Grandfather, we lost our grandmother about a decade ago, the first time i saw him cry, hes the strongest man I know serving in WWll and volunteering at a hospice home for the last 25 years and I got him a watch for his 98th birthday which just passed but a lunch or dinner would surpass anything I could imagine, and since I didn't get to have a moment like this with my grandmother because I ran into a substance abuse issue in my teens and kidney stones, made it hard to form a bond, but being sober now for over 6 years my grandfather is my idol and this would mean so much.

Helpful Tips :3
I just made creme brulee in my pastry class days ago and we used propane to torch the tops of it.

Thank You Nick for this amazing opportunity, I would take my mother, father, sister and aunt. My dad has been on dialysis for over 4 years now and has had major medical procedures done to his body over the years. My mom deserves this more than anyone because she is the building block of our whole family and what keeps us going. We all love
I honestly don't know any Michelin starred restaurants but I would give both tickets to my parents because last year my mom couldn't celebrate her 50th birthday due to covid-19.

I've lost my job recently and i dont forsee any high end restaurants in our immediate future. I also wanted to say thanks for the vid as now I'm going to have to make this as its her favorite desert ever. Congrats on the subscriptions and Happy Birthday!
