A little story: Ratatouille has always been my favorite movie, and a few years ago, I posted a video making ratatouille with my hamster (Pesto) on my head. It was fun, but I've still always wanted to do the real thing. It took us a long time to figure out how to train the rat and it's probably the hardest we've ever worked on any video, but I'm so happy with how it turned out. Go subscribe to see more!

1 year would be closer to adolescent, but close enough. My newest pair of girls, Reimu and Marisa, are almost a year old now, and they're both comparable to Remy in this video.
The fact that it’s actually a child rat that managed to learn so much for this video is insane! Goes to show how rats are truly smart. I don’t get why many people hate rats, I think they’re adorable 🥺
It must've been both very frustrating but also extremely fulfilling to your inner child while training Remi lol. Respect the effort! 12:34 Also Dennis warming up to the exact animal he isn't supposed to be happy to see was great.

Hey nick, 5 things I recommend trying or cooking. 1) slipper lobster ( I think it’s sweat and on power with Maine lobster) 2) black boned chicken (in Vietnam they have a soup with the chicken cooked inside a pumpkin) 3) tiger prawns ( just very big shrimp) 4) trigger fish/tripletail ( really tasty fish should should try in Florida) 5) Hawaiian axis deer ( the best quality venison in the world considered the waygu of venison)
You say that like people in the past we’re all super intelligent. The balance of smarts has always been heavily leaned towards those with less……it’s just that in eons gone by the intelligent would manipulate the less so and make them do all the work and keep them downtrodden…..now they all have Facebook. Even the movie makes this error: “anyone can cook”…..no they really can’t. Most people can’t even drive yet we let them

Nick, I know you probably won't see this, but thank you! My favorite movie is also Ratatouille.
