In Istanbul, there is "Ricco Ciğercisi" in the "Bakırköy" neighboorhood. They have very similar taste to what you eat in Edirne. I strongly advise people visiting Turkey, or discovering this recipe to pay a visit there, if you are in Istanbul! I agree with the autour, this is one of the best way of eating liver, but diyarbakır style spicy turkish liver kebap with lambs tail fat is the best!
