@@BihariMunna its just the way of life, meat is an essential portion of our diet. I am not saying killing animals is a good thing to do, but you shouldnt feel too bad over it either. Lots of animals in the wild get hunted every day, you cant feel bad for all of them.

Liver, flour ,oil. Soak liver in cows milk 2 hours, mix salt and pepper in flour, coat liver shallow fry, put on a bed of purple onion and cilantro

Liver is so good. Never tried it like this, we usually cut into small cubes, fry them off in a pan then add full fat cream and let it slowly simmer until done. Season with salt and White pepper. Simple and soo good😃 Cheers from Sweden.

As a child my mom would make kidney stew and fried liver. I actually loved it; and it's a great source of iron too.

Liver saved my life as a Child. Was super anemic and after WW2 there were no meds. Ate raw ground liver for a while. At 75 yes old, I'm stll around and still love Liver.
