Cooking recipe and ingredients:
800 g beef liver.
Friends, thanks for visiting my channel.
Wash, remove excess fat and cut into pieces.
Pour boiling water over it.
Leave on for 3-5 minutes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan.
2 onions.
salt and black pepper.
2 cloves of garlic.
Fry until tender.
Add the liver to the onion.
Cook covered for 5 minutes over medium heat.
4 tablespoons sour cream.
1 teaspoon mustard.
A little water if the sour cream is very thick.
Mix well.
Cover and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Salt and black pepper to taste.
Simmer for another 5 minutes and turn off.
100 grams of breadcrumbs.
50 g hard cheese.
1 zucchini.
1 red pepper.
1 potato.
salt, black pepper.
rosemary, 3 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix well.
Toss the vegetables in breading with cheese.

After I ate liver for the first time as an adult with deficiencies I literally felt like a vampire in a movie after sucking blood for the first time in ages. I almost felt high, and I could feel this rush of vitality coursing through my veins and my headache went away. I just fried chicken livers and ate them right before typing this and as I sit here I'm feeling that same rush again, I just started feeling it..that is so crazy to me. Please do help your body recover with this superiors, there is nothing else like it. If the life is in the blood, imagine how much life is in the liver.

I remember a German Chef on TV back in the 80's, and no it wasn't Wolfgang Puck, that fried liver the way his mother fried it. He said most people don't like liver because it's cooked too long. For me, I've tried it many times and it was always the same, grainy and too strong. He cut the liver thinly and fried it maybe 2 minutes on each side, and that was all. I wasn't into cooking back then, but it did sound interesting.

I'm cooking liver for the first time right now and I think I made a mistake, I didn't cut it at all and it's just one big chunk. So it's really hard to cook the inside. Do you know if it's okay to leave it rare on the inside?
@@megapet777 yes it's safe to leave it rare on the inside because it's not meat, because organs doesn't have meat so yes, it's safe.

That's great recipe. Normally when I make liver that way I also add bacon. I fry bacon first and then in bacon fat I cook the onions and garlic and then the liver and after that I add fried bacon back. Then the sour cream, mustard and a splash of Worcestershire sauce.

That's the exact way I make my Liver and onions and the bacon adds a terrific flavor serve it with mashed potatoes and brown gravy great meal

But you don't here anybody cooking liver anymore. But liver is packed with iron.
You can buff the turd all day long but it's still liver....but this is the best liver and onion recipe I've seen. I skipped the roasting of the side veggies and just tossed them into the mix - and I used grass fed plain yogurt instead of sour cream - basically the same thing. Nevertheless, my monthly L&O is still something I dread no matter how I buff it up.

Depois de tirar a pele e outros excesso , ponho no leite prá tirar o cheiro por 2 h. Depois escorro , tempero com cebola, alho , cheiro verde e etc . Fica maravilhoso ! Pode ser mal passado ou frito .

Instead of adding boiling water to the raw liver, my mother used to parboil it with a little salt and vinegar - to remove the gamey taste. She then coated the liver with flour and pan fried it in bacon fat. She would also add onion, garlic, bacon, and sweet peppers. It made a really great meal - especially when accompanied with mashed potatoes. And use plenty of black pepper.

SMOTHERED KETO BEEF LIVER
WITH BACON AND GRAVY. SUPER DELISH
I like liver and onions. I saw recipes for smothered liver and onions online and wanted to try it but they were not keto or carnivore . I did some experimenting to get the smothered part and stay ultra-low carb and smooth, not gritty sauce .
My first step was to sauté 1/3 pound of bacon that I cut into 1x 1 ‘’. In the same pan, before making the roux, I sautéed ¼ of a sliced yellow onion in the bacon grease and set them aside, to be added in the final cooking of the liver. The key to it not being gritty, as almond flour can be, was to cook the roux made with almond flour with lots of bacon grease very slowly and for quite a while, and adding a teaspoon of wheat flour, stirring constantly. I cut the liver into 2 x 2’’ pieces before cooking. In the same pan I cooked the liver, added the onions and 1/3 pound of cooked bacon till liver was tender.. I used Skylark brand frozen liver, but any liver will do. Any bacon will do. I used tap water to deglaze the pan and added that to the final dish.
APPROXIMATE NET CARBS:
2 TABLESPOONS ALMOND FLOUR 3
¼ SLICED YELLOW ONION 3
1 TEASPOON WHEAT FLOUR. 3
2 LARGE LIVER STEAKS 0
1/3 LBS THICK SLICED BACON. 0
SALT AND PEPPER 0
YIELD. 2 GENEROUS SERVINGS
CARBS PER GENEROUS SERVING AROUND 5 NET
