A friend had told me about Kundalini Yoga a year ago for some reason I remember him telling me all the benefits that come with it and I finally started your 6-day practice and its been amazing feel way more focused, driven, and at peace. Dear Wonderful Brett - I left my personality off of the mat and came to this practice empty. This practice was JUICY!!!! It triggered me in different ways. I followed my intuition and continued on with three more kriyas, and ended with long Sat short Nam. So wonderful and unique and my energy is circulating and all nadis are opened and my chakras are spinning in unison and I feel amazing and aglow. Thank you for sharing your special gift. Namaste

I think I was tending to roll my tongue whist doing the lips.. and I found automatically doing breath of fire during the last exercise whilst spinning my Jupiter finger

Dear Brett, first of all thank you! Finally I have listened to a calling inside after a very long time and started to practice Yoga on a daily basis. I have over the past couple of weeks been picking and choosing your Yoga classes and have become very interested in Kundalini style Yoga. I have been researching as much actuate knowledge as I could find and reading and watching all of your educational videos on this beautiful style of Yoga. I have just completed your 6 day Kundalini challenge and I feel that I have started to feel the way that I should feel, mentally, physically and spiritually! I FEEL REFRESHED, more alive than ever, calm, happy, joyful, energetic and peaceful! I have a very strong sense of being healed or healing ( it’s hard to put into words) I have experienced many beautiful colours whilst meditating and I believe that after reading and learning about the Chakra colours and meanings this week after each session, the powerful effects of Kundalini yoga are most beneficial and in a very small space in time has changed my life completely. Thank you so much. I look forward now to my future as I continue with daily Yoga Practice! From my heart to yours 🌸

Day 6 was wonderfully powerful and very challenging. Loved this series and will come back regularly. I will go back and do the 45 minute kundalini kriya again and want to do the 40 days as well. Namaste!

I enjoyed this video. I need to go back and do the other five but I have been doing the beginning Kundalini video. I needed to modify after the first breathing exercise. I was already seated on a yoga headstand bench where my tailbone was sitting in the empty u shape of the stand and buttocks on cushions so I was a little lower than a regular chair. I bet if you were on a ball you could modify the pose as well? So I pulled the back of a chair over and placed a thin pillow on top of that perfectly held my forearms in the correct position/in alignment with my shoulders for the other two breathing techniques. There is no way I could have held out for all three exercises. I think I would just gradually work up to it. @BrettLarkinYoga is modifying the way I did okay? Also tried backing up into your position to figure out circles ...little dyslexic were the circles clockwise or counter clockwise? All the best and thank you!!!
I started doing this in bed? I am doing a big deep clean at someone’s house working then napping working etc. Lol’d. It’s so much easier to get out of bed after I do this. I am not kidding. Is that okay?

This kundalini sequence is really effective and cleansing to me. Somehow during cannon breath I had an urge to cry, not in a bad way, just some stored pain I need to release I assume. So my question is.. if this happens..shall I continue the practice or let the emotion release first?

not to be a total critic but, your tuning in is not rythmic. The timing is not consistent. Also it works better if rather than go over the entire practice in explanation it works better if if you go over the practice in exampled exercise as you go along rather than in explanation. Sat Nam

This one really surprised me. The center of my back was hurting again which slowed me down a lot, but the real problem was moving my fingers the right direction! I kept on wanting to move my fingers toward my heart instead of away, and half the time I noticed I was doing diagonals with my fingers instead of circles. I never would have thought that simply moving my fingers the right way would have been so difficult!
Had a rough day so I came here because I needed some Brett Larkin magic. So glad I did! The fact that you are so down to earth, so practical and understanding, as a teacher, really helps me with my mental issues. And I mean it. Thank you so much.

Modify however you need to as you build strength and stamina for these! It can be so much harder than it looks, right?!

Love this practice. It challenges us and then… easy soft blessed rest. Working opposites at our command. Doing and not doing. Going and let going 😊
