This is my resolution for the year. To reawakening my Kundalini. I think it overwhelmed me last time and instead of lifting me it shot me down hard. Time to rise again.

I'm feeling more energetic and there was the comment in my mind I think I'll stay here actually and it felt better to reside in the new space. I created instead of trying to make myself energetic . I also felt when you did the countdown, which I generally feel when u said there was 20 seconds left of the special breathing That I'd come out of it and I end up counting the 20 seconds of the 30 seconds whatever it is i fund generally rather not know specifically I think it may be better for me to hear nearly done and then assume it could be a minute or 2 and then I'll refocus because it could be .... So I have to focus rather than it just been 20 seconds and I'll finish it here losingthe momentum 2 focus, thanks.
