You did it right and very good video, the only reason the D light wasn’t flashing then went solid is you have to do the shifting through the gears a little quicker and keep that quick pace for about 5 cycles of up and down the gears. Awesome job 👍

The others guys use infrared thermometer and measure the temp of the pan. It should be - 104F - 113F and then drain.

That's one way of doing it. If you prefer that method and have the infrared gun, then do that.
