What do car thieves, Mia Toretto, and unwed fathers all have in common? It's the third gen Acura Integra. Honda heads have been hard at work for almost 30 years ripping these apart, but can we find a high quality Acura Integra GS-R in today's jdm used car landscape? Facebook Marketplace has the answers. Авто/Мото
BRO STOP IM STILL TRYNA GET 1 DONT TELL PEOPLE THEYRE AFFORDABLE 😂
No old skool Honda is a affordable no more loo
@@TROY_MK6 they’re affordable. I found a mint one near me for 15k
@@DC2_Danny broooo nahhh 15k for a honda? You can get cars that are rwd and have twice the hp for that
@@DC2_Danny also where tf you live, theres a manual clean one near me for 5600usd
@@DC2_Danny 15k for an integra lmao
Hotboxing an integra on jackstands hits different.
Lol that hits a little too close to home first time I ever hot boxed was in my friend's $300 non-running Integra which he sold 3 months later
I remember when I was a freshman, me and my friend would hotbox a non running 93 Lincoln Town Car in his backyard. Fun times.
Drinking coffee brandy while hot boxing the teggy. Some of my favorite highschool memories 😅
My first child was conceived in a integra on jackstands
Makes me feel guilty for doing this in my miata when it broke 😂
The first year of the integra in Japan had the round lights. That was 94 I believe. But the following year they went to the "jdm front" for all base models, 2dr and 4dr, Sir and the Type R.
They actually stole my Integra that was k swapped in October of last year so they’re definitely still stealing integras
Did you have a quick release steering wheel?
My friend payed 10k for a 95 integra and got it stolen within a month.
Buying a single owner, stock, 01’ LS with 80k miles this weekend super excited to finally find a clean and unmolested one.
That’s a unicorn. I’m jealous
Invest in an anti-theft system since people like to steal Integra's.
@@James-ne3lc *all Hondas.
Finally someone who shares my views on the circle headlights!
Round headlight gang wya
They have always looked good but the JDM ones r better imo
Word! I looking to buy another teggy and every time I see that damn Jdm front end I’m like nope! The round headlights look so good on the 98-01 integras.
(5 seconds into the video)
Me: "fuck, now i want an integra, where facebook marketplace at?"
I love that smoking in our 'soon' projects is becoming a thing.
Also, when Feed reads the ads word for word in his announcer voice, bad grammar and all, I loose my shit every time. Good shit lol.
Edit: The last 60 seconds of this video are so based.
One piece headlights were on all JDM Integras from late 1995 onwards. Before that JDM ones had 4 round lights but slightly different to the USDM type R 4 round lights (more sunk in to the bumper if you look closely)
Although the 1997 USDM had different front end to 1999 onwards.
Weird as fuck, I know
94-97 pre facelift
98-01 post facelift
I feel like hearing NetGear go into more detail about daily "project cars" and whatcha gotta actually do the process of it. And ofc clowning on people who do the cheap stuff first
he made a whole video about that
@vukos I worded this badly, but I meant. As a guide to build a project car but it would be pretty much be like that modding video
It really comes down to people being cheap and wanting to scratch the modding itch right off the bat. So instead of doing it the proper way, like buying new tires, new brakes, and some maintenance stuff for starts.. they buy all the garbage that's all cosmetic flash and takes no time to install, but don't do jack $lhit for your car. We may think it's unique to the Tuner car scene but it spans across all car cultures and has been happening for generations.
Do the DC5 Acura RSX next. I noticed, since I got mine, prices have really went up lol
Yea dude im so pissed. I love them and wanted a blue rsx type s. I found a black one for 6 that I should have bought in 2020. I'm so mad about it. To this day. I have a base currently that I got for 700 but needed 1.3k of work to be nice healthy and running. Needs buffed on one side tho then it will be almost show room.
Do another round of RSXs next. We mostly only want to see type S's tho. 97 teggy and 03 type s were my 1st two cars. So nostalgic =] now I just love to beat the piss outta my Veloster N and WRX winter beater lol :)
They did rsx before
B18c1 is worth $2000-$4000 alone. Even sight unseen.
Low mileage Japan motors sell for $5000+ all day.
I got an 1990 Ef and a 1991 Crx both fun cars trying to get the integra too
Bro I wish I could get a ccrx and a integra I do have 91 civic tho
They might be affordable, but really hard to find one in decent condition..
about the bent license plate thing at 6:30, i always saw this on stance hotboi cars and thought it was to make your plate harder to read to cops and cameras without removing it from the car, but idk
Thanks for reminding me that people are stealing kias instead of teggys or Civics now! Might sleep a little better😂 love the marketplace videos guys.
Great timing, just bought 98 integra gs coupe for 2500 bucks. Completely stock just very worn and its an automatic.. cause daily
Fully caging a street car isn't a good idea. If you get in an accident everyone inside gets there broccoli heads busted open. Dont fully cage any car you dont plan on wearing a helmet in 98% of the time. Pool noodles might save the splitting of the head part but you'll still probably never form proper sentences again or be able to post on collector car feed🙁
I once hit a curb and bent my front wheel lower control arm. So a decent hit, but not a heavy crash.
Hit my head on the top of the door/roof (I am quite tall, car had no cage) and I definitely felt it. Made me think that you don't want to hit a roll cage without helmet.
Yeah get those prices up so I can sell mine and buy an S2000 👹
Those silver door handles must be a common replacement because I had to go back and look at the pictures of my old marketplace listing of my 95 to make sure this wasn't mine but modified.
Yes gas up the prices, need to sell my pos for top dollar 😤😤😤
It's as they say, if it ain't a type r it aint a tight car, and if it aint from ccf, it aint a tight vid
aaaaaaaand there goes the price skyrocket from 3k up to 6k
lmao, that poor mustang was violated
Thank you youtube for deliver dlivering me to the content of my choice.
I have to agree with Netgear. I also call it the type R front end
That's absolutely dumb as hell
Facts I’ve always called it the type r 🤣🤣🤣
Do not buy one, just steal it.
already got one last year 🤙
That's the jdm type r model which is left hand drive. The usdm is the circle headlights which is much more rare.
My roommate has one that's been rusting in the rain for like 2 year with no front wheels. Sad.
Those things are 20k in Finland because people think they got something they really don't
Love Honda's man. They're like fuckin Lego's. I got a 97 civic with a b20vtec in it. Block out of a CRV, with a gsr head on it with all stage 2 internals and full bolt ons. It actually surprised me with how quick it is. I have a Honda Domani front and rear end on it as well which is super rare. I always have people asking wtf kinda car it is lol
Stage 2 internals?? Good you got the GSR head on it though. Better than the pr-3 casting head
@@Ryan__M yeah camshafts, valves, valve springs, retainers, seals, all that good stuff is all stage 2. The b20 bottom end is all factory tho besides the oil pump, water pump, oil pickup, and the extra dishing I had to do to the factory pistons to accommodate for the more aggressive cams
@@Ryan__M oh and yes the head is a p72 late model gsr head to start with. I think it was out of a 98 gsr but I can't remember
@@Ryan__M I have a video on my channel that I literally just posted earlier today of a launch I did a while back after I got it all together and got my ECU guy to put a nice tune on it for me. Shit runs good AF for an all motor build
@Ryan M b16 head flows better but gsr cams are better. B16 for the win.
Hot take, I thought the door projectors on the "type -r" were kinda based.
I put a quick release on my NA Miata so I could get out of the Corbeau seat without having to roll out of the car.
Lmfao netgear had me rolling
I actually looked up St.Louis MI. Its honestly a very Nice looking Town...................
I want to quick release in my Explorer because the stock wheel doesnt telescope out and it is waaaaaay to close to the dash.
I’m actually picking up a 95’ LS sometime this week as my first car it’s a 2D manual 🙏
I had a 97 LS as my first car highly recommend so much fun in that thing
Could you do the Acura RSX Type S someday?
Thanks for bashing on what you bash on. It's needed. :)
I wonder what the market is like for Toyota starlets in the usa
Man I feel like I've seen this before, it's like deja vu or something
STOP 😡
I just bought an imported JDM Integra Sedan RHD manual trans 30,000 original miles looks clean off the showroom floor. Cost me $10k. Should I leave the car stock or do a tasteful K swap/Turbo tuned to 350whp.
Includes heather 🤣🤣🤣
These are everywhere still and people are actively getting rid of them. Its always "trade only" I am looking for a truck, awd etc etc. lmao
I can not stand all the trade only BS😤
@@FredAllenBurgeIt's like they don't understand that money can be used to buy products
That’s my H22 caged integra ! cool as shit!
i know the cage looks like shit😩that’s how i got the shell
That's a custom cage for sure right? We were baffled by it, thanks for not being too mad
@@CollectorCarFeed Yes it’s custom. It’s okay bro the hate motivates me to finish the build😁i put countless hours into this beast it actually rips very hard
Yup maintenance first. Mods later.
10:12 - This is a “ BASKET CASE”……
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
11:42 - The shifter looks like “A PUTTER”…..
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
13:27 - Nice Grill; i am talking about “THE BLUE THING” in the “LOWER LEFT CORNER”
That last one can't be a real GSR. It's got the normal non-VTEC B18 valve cover.
If you look hard enough you can STILL find DC GSR's and LS for under 5k. Even JDM front ends.
K swapped DC's and DA's are more affordable than you think. Hovering 6-8k.
Of course likely salvage or rebuilt, but if the frame is straight and the body is well done, who cares
Most of them are around that price because they’re slapped together. That and most still need lots of work finished for it to be a drivable car.
I’d rather pay 6-8k for a stock DC2 GSR than a DC2 with a K swap
Look at the da integras
The dumbest thing about the “anti theft” quick release is that every NRG wheel fits, so any dipshit could bring one and drive off.
Facts on the circle headlights, better in my opinion.
"This guy spent half of the ad being a dick" 😂😂😂. That's the most funny thing that guy has ever said since I've been watching this channel. I only spent a quarter of my comment being a dick 😂. For real though, y'all got a pretty funny and informative channel. Even NutQueer says some funny stuff and knows what he's talking about sometimes lol.
The type R integra is expensive
Insanely expensive, but it looks too good so it got the thumbnail spot
I remember a listing in 2013 for $12,500 hhahahaaa. I bought a civic ex for 10 instead
if you work from home you can project car and be a d/d lol
It’s just a jdm or usdm front
Okay, I'm confused why would a quick release steering wheel not help prevent theft?
Pretty hard to steal a car you cannot drive no?
You can drive the car just holding the hub, and a thief can easily put his own wheel on your car.
One word. Vice grips
@@Ryan__Mcounting is hard
who the hell would buy a gsr and then ls swap it im perplexed
Probably blew the engine
No one can steal your car without the wheel….unless they also buy one from NRG, then they can steal every Integra in the country
wait why can’t u bring an integra to florida?
Cause it was in pieces
hm
I've got a neighbor who's got an old 70s piece of shit Chevy car with a V8 and muffler delete. And it runs. And sometimes, he starts it up _just_ to rev it. I'd rather live next to the teggy house.
All the integras I find in my city are pos. Every once in a while u find a type r for like 30k.
Breitling is gay Netgear, Grand Seiko all the way.😂
Based take. Japanese or I don't need to know the time
Asking for nb miata #16
dude I see you catching up nice try
wait. i feel like i’ve seen this before. swear i’m having dejavu. 🤨🧐🧐
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
😂
The last Integgy is a horrible choice to buy. First of all the body is shot and the J-front conversion is cringe just buy a real JDM teggy. Second of all the body was a GSR with the B18C1 that was VTEC but like the listing said was swapped for a B18B1 which is a NonVTEC motor. A bad swap for what was already a good motor to boost or whatever standards Honda boys would want to mod their car.
Acura is an American thing. Not JDM.
It's made by a Japan brand
@@justinshivrattan7660 JDM means Japan Domestic Market, only sold in Japan. People are abusing the term.
@@f4rensabri I said japan not jdm
@Faren Sabri it's true it's Japanese but not jdm exactly
i cannot stand those spider headlights the jdm ones r better
This aged horribly 😂
So slow
Ls1 swap everything lol
you guys dont know what youre talking about
Can't take this to Florida but I'll trade for a drift car..... Mmhmmm
