      It was still pretty difficult but not impossible and I felt like I could keep up with most of the exercises! Thank you for these workouts they really go by quickly and work up a real sweat even in 10 or 15 mins!

    Maddie, you have been a major part of keeping my life together during this social distancing/quarantine saga. I initially panicked about gyms closing but then I found your channel and you have proven to me that you don't need a gym to get a good workout in.     I am a true beginner: fat, weak, and easily exhausted. Your videos kick my butt but I love that so many of them are low-impact. I will keep trying.

    I love how she shows the exercices really slowly so we can do it at the same time as her. I mean, when i first started before and saw "beginner" workout on other channels I was like "U serious dude?? you call that beginner? U serius??" these dudes and dudettes were at the pro level and showed exercices that could have been simpler for us
    I wish I could have discovered her sooner so I would have progressed faster X'D (sorry for my english)

    hi maddie!! I would love love love to see a full bodyworkout that's completely on the floor. sometimes my period pain makes it so uncomfortable to do anything intense while standing up, so it would be super helpful to see something with a lot of abs and booty and legs that could be done on the floor!

      I was thinking about the same! I do her videos almost everyday, and when I have my period, its hard to select , which part I am able to do, and then putting together a whole workout for myself sometimes using 10 different videos of hers :D I hope she will see your request! :)

      Emi Wong has a workout for that! It’s not completely on the floor but it helps with the pain and the exercises are comfortable and safe to do 💗

    This was great for me! I'm recovering from a back injury and this type of ab stuff is perfect for someone who can't do much in the way of twisting or crunching.

    I think what I like about these workouts is that they aren’t rushed. To me, the slower you go the better the workout and the results will be better rather than rushing a workout.

    I've been following your routine since I began working out at home. In the recent past, I tried changing things up a little and ended up following another workout coach on RUclips who's pretty famous and I ended up getting extended back aches and also increased disinterest in working out at all.
    That's when I realized how soothing your content is and how professional is your routine and approach.

    This was so great I’ve been working out consistently for about 2 years now and today I was feeling like just doing some yoga and to just relax but I decided to do this one and it’s so great doing an easier workout but really focusing on taking it slowly and feeling my abs in a way I haven’t in a really long time, wow amazing I was actually smiling after I finished(not something I do often!)

    Yeeees it's ab/core workout on monday! Thanks so much maddie for posting these! Since lockdown I have been doing workouts (used to do badminton but since that can't happen), I have noticed a change in my stomach and my arms since doing your workouts! My abs are getting tighter (always had low body fat percentage) and i am even noticing where my lower stomach is uneven due to a op scar as a baby it's slowly getting better and for me that was a huge insecurity (even though people said it was fine 🤷‍♀️) wow this was rambly 😂 thanks again from the UK!

      @@someonelol7210 as someone who didn't do much since I was teen it took about eight weeks, however, workouts alone won't do it all, a lot of it is also diet as I was upping my protein intake. I worked out five times a week with two rest days.

    I've tried a few of your workouts now and I have to say... They're the best I've come across. No overhyped screaming, great explanations, clean background... Love it! My brain is very sensitive for too much stimuli, but this I can do without wanting to close my eyes or cover my ears ❤️

    so nice to really get to focus in on my form and my muscle engagement instead of constantly worrying about how to adapt things to my body! The one thing I did adapt I made a little harder, and that's an encouraging feeling, to get in a good lil workout and not be playing catch up.

    I LOVE that this wasn’t all different crunches. So many at-home ab workouts here on RUclips are all different crunch variations and it KILLS my neck. I loved that these were neck friendly as well as beginner workouts. Thank you❤️🙌🏼

    The thing is that my coordination between my arms and legs is so bad 😅 it's hard for me to move them in different directions at the same time (hence the first move) hahaha. It looks easier than the corkscrew move (that's hell for me lol)

    I just did a 5 min, 10 min, and 15 min ab workout all from Maddie! This is my first day trying her channel and I have only done a few ab workouts before and I love it! I feel so strong and my abs are hurting so bad but I can't wait to do it again tmw!

      pastelcolors 34 working out in general will burn fat and calories. You’re not just gonna have a solid six pack under a beer gut lmao but yes try cutting out as much sugary, or super processed foods.

    Loved this workout!! Typically used to the fast paced ones, but still somewhat new to the working out everyday thing! So it was nice to slow down and be able to focus on my core and breathing and what I’m actually supposed to be feeling when I speed it up!! Loved it!

      The only reason your muscles hurt during a workout is because you're using muscles that havent been used in a long time and they rip/get tears in them. It's actually good to workout and not feel pain, that means your muscles are already strong and your keeping them up!

    Ive been watching your videos for a few weeks not and not only have you helped a lot physically but mentally. I was always too embarrassed to just start exerciseing randomly but your videos help me feel confident enough to go through with it even tho i share a room with people. Thank youuuu ❤

    Thanks again for all your effort and these great videos!!! It is as you say, even if the begginers exercises seem easy, you can focus better on your posture and they end up being even better than the more advanced work outs!!!

    I literally couldn't coordinate my body in the first movement. opposite leg to arm is hard HAHAHA
