    Where are my beginners at? 🙋‍♀️❤️This one is for you!! Even though this is a beginner style workout... it still gave me a GREAT burn! 🔥 I love these types of workouts because they really put an emphasis on FORM and we use slow and controlled movements to really feel that burn! Hope you guys enjoyed! Xx - Maddie

      That’s awesome!! Always important that we are doing the exercises properly so that we get the most out of the movement! Just because it’s “beginners” doesn’t mean it has to be super “easy” per say! 👏🏼

    Love the workouts. Suggestion:
    What about incorporating lower back exercises as part of the core routine? I was taught long ago that the core includes the lower back. Thanks!

    • @apirtayooo
      @apirtayooo 2 года назад +37

      The lower back is part of the core, however, it’s very sensitive and if put pressure, could lead to injury. That said, people can strengthen the whole posterior chain (back, glutes, hamstrings) to protect the spine and stabilize your whole body as those are the main objectives of the core :))
      *The core is not only your abs and obliques hehe

    As someone with a history of eating disorders and sport addiction your kind comments like ,,you don't have to do it as fast as me", your explanation that beginner workouts still burn even if you are advanced or that you don't focus that much about how you should look but just about doing sport really helps with my struggles. So please keep it up this really creates a safe space ❤‍🩹

    Very fun work out. Love how u give extra time between experiences to catch ur breath and get ready for the next one. And is one of my weakest ares and it was nice to c that I was able to challenge my self to a bit harder work out like hold a arm out plank instead of on my elbows or do a knee to a chest instead of bringing ur body in and did not get as tired at the end of the 45c so I think I’m ready for a next step. Definitely recommend this for beginners. Thank u for a great video!

    I'm a fan of yours, I've been following you since the pandemic started and we had to stay indoors. however for about ten months I stopped. today I started again and I must say that I already feel better. thanks, there is no one like you, who has the patience to explain the exercises well, which by the way are not easy at all. 😍

    At first, I thought this would be too easy, "it's too slow for me" I thought. Then I realized, I'd feel more of the burn and I can work on my form and posture! Cant wait to do this one tomorrow
