This is a good one for me because I have a natural pelvic tilt. It has taken me a long time to learn proper form for someone with weak lower abbs so I gave up a lot. If you are like me, only lower you legs with things like leg drops or dead bugs slightly if you back starts to arch and really think about using your abbs muscles to bring you legs back to the starting position. Squeezing your abbs and lowering your legs slightly, is better than over exerting what or your body can physically do. 😅 lots of influencers do not explain the importance of this and it’s puts people off. Thankyou for making an actual beginners video ❤

Okay, this is not a hate comment at all towards Chloe Ting cause homegirl slays with those intense workouts, but I tried doing one of her challenges recently and just couldn't. I haven't worked out in so long that it was too hard, and I was getting lightheaded, dizzy, nauseous, and almost fainting during every exercise lol! I realized that because I needed something beginner friendly, I wasn't motivated to continue the challenge, so I switched over to Madfit, and I'm so grateful for these beginner videos. They are perfect for someone like me who needs to get there a$$ in shape, but can still do the workouts and feel the burn, without wanting to give up or feeling sick afterwards! Once i get stronger, I'm doing a Chloe Ting challenge again! Shout out to awesome channels like Madfit, Chloe Ting, and so many more helping someone like me get my health and fitness back on track! Anyone else trying to get in shape, Don't give up and persevere! You got this! 😊

I used to wonder if I'd ever get used to this workout, and 3 weeks completed of doing it every other day, and I must say it's quickly becoming a breeze! It really is a perfect beginner ab workout, and I've always admired how you strive to work each muscle and not just the "cool" ones. No one realizes how important antagonistic muscles are until you work them! My lower back was really weak, which left my abs weak as well, even if they "looked good". My form was terrible, and I felt like I was wasting my time (which I was). now, starting over, I am paying even more attention to detail! So thank you for being a perfect model and instructor!
