Finally made it without stopping while using weights!!! Very proud even if this is just beginners. Im incredibly lacking in any body strength so this is a major improvement.

I did this routine after doing your 15-Minute Upper Body Workout. I don’t have 2-lb. dumbbells, but I do have 1 lb. handheld weights that I use when I walk. Even with such a low weight, I definitely feel the burn! 💪🏻
Since I started doing core exercises with Madfit (5 times a week) I stopped having problems with my lower back (it would block and hurt for days). The fact that I don't have to worry about another surprise pain attack is an enormous game changer in my life. Thank you for creating friendly and super effective content!

I just watched this entire video to see if it's something I wanna do after I digest the food I just ate LOL. I am going to do it. Because I love how you explain everything. Some youtubers just go through the motions and you don't know what you're supposed to be squeezing & how to do them correctly. Thank you so much, I really appreciate that!

Love this. Short, quick hiit routines are great for those days when motivation is low or in my case, my body sore. I need a lite set of bells, but I did most of this without weights, focusing on the movement and the muscle. Thanks for thinking of this and providing a great short workout.

Been using five pound weights and at first it was hard but I was going slow for start. Now I find it becoming a lot easier to do these workouts with that weight! Super excited :)

I have fibromyalgia and over the past couple of years have felt myself grow fatter and fatter. I just want to say THANK YOU FOR THIS SHORT VIDEO. I surprised myself because I ACTUALLY MADE IT ALL THE WAY THROUGH and my arms burn, in a good way.. THANK YOU, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
I only have 2kg (4,4 lbs) weights, but I wanted to try with. I thought for sure I'd have to do at least one exercise without any, but I managed the whole video! I got scared when you said "no pause", but since you changed it up so much it didn’t feel as gruelling. I'm saving this one for sure! Thank you, Maddie, for making this video for us 🙏.
This was actually a doable beginner work out. I came today to the gym discouraged to start today and this helped me feel like I got a bit of a start. Will definitely be watching for more

I commented a month ago being ashmaed i shouldnt do this with 5 lb weights not realizing it was for 2 lb weights (and im a total beginner). Finally ordered 2 lb weights and was able to make it through the workout! With just the right amount of muscle exhaustion haha. I'll do it again tomorrow for sure.
