    Often times a long workout is intimidating, but I can usually get myself to do 5 minutes. By the end I am ready to do more. This was perfect, Maddie, thank you :)

    Finally made it without stopping while using weights!!! Very proud even if this is just beginners. Im incredibly lacking in any body strength so this is a major improvement.

    Thank you - I appreciate that you don't blast music like many other channels do, which is very distracting and unwelcome. Your simple background music is perfect for this workout.

    i did this for 1 month 5 times a week as additional exercise after my cardio in the end and i can totally see the changes on my arms shape. it's easy and quick for extra exercise because i so wanna have toned arms. Thanks MadFit

    Hi Maddie, you were recommended by a friend, today was my first day (used 3lb weights). My 70 year young former dancer body is saying thank you! I also appreciate that the music is truly in the background.
    My new daily ‘go-to.’ Perfect.

    Thanks a million, Maddie! I haven't worked out in about 2 years. I got majorly depressed. This is a great workout to start. Just finished this arm workout and now eating my oatmeal with cinnamon, jaggery and green apples. We got this everyone!

    I’ve made this routine a regular part of my upper-body exercise days. Always do this one after whichever upper-body workout I choose. Gives me an extra burn! 💪🏻

    Thank you so much!! I had a blood clot in my arm last year, and was cleared to workout again recently. I was told that as long as I'm active and drink water, it shouldn't bother me again. I just found this exercise video, and I'm definitely going to be using these exercises to keep myself healthy and strong. I love all of your dance videos too!! I feel like I have a workout buddy, and it's a lot more fun! :)

    I used to literally hate arm workouts until I found this one - I just love it! I've been doing it twice a week for a while and I feel my arms are already much stronger

    Thanks Maddie! I did 5 lb weights and did each movement slower. The short 5 minute aspect really helped to have a high intensity mindset

    I did this routine after doing your 15-Minute Upper Body Workout. I don’t have 2-lb. dumbbells, but I do have 1 lb. handheld weights that I use when I walk. Even with such a low weight, I definitely feel the burn! 💪🏻

    Since I started doing core exercises with Madfit (5 times a week) I stopped having problems with my lower back (it would block and hurt for days). The fact that I don't have to worry about another surprise pain attack is an enormous game changer in my life. Thank you for creating friendly and super effective content!

    Love this. Short, quick hiit routines are great for those days when motivation is low or in my case, my body sore. I need a lite set of bells, but I did most of this without weights, focusing on the movement and the muscle. Thanks for thinking of this and providing a great short workout.

    I come from another of your 5 min arms workouts and my shoulders are burning, 10 mins of your workouts are more than I can handle as a beginner. Love your explanations to keep good form.

    Been using five pound weights and at first it was hard but I was going slow for start. Now I find it becoming a lot easier to do these workouts with that weight! Super excited :)

    Hello. I know this video is a year old, but I went looking for very beginners arm workouts and yours was at the top. I have fibromyalgia and over the past couple of years have felt myself grow fatter and fatter. I just want to say THANK YOU FOR THIS SHORT VIDEO. I surprised myself because I ACTUALLY MADE IT ALL THE WAY THROUGH and my arms burn, in a good way.. THANK YOU, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

    I only have 2kg (4,4 lbs) weights, but I wanted to try with. I thought for sure I'd have to do at least one exercise without any, but I managed the whole video!
    I got scared when you said "no pause", but since you changed it up so much it didn’t feel as gruelling. I'm saving this one for sure!

    I commented a month ago being ashmaed i shouldnt do this with 5 lb weights not realizing it was for 2 lb weights (and im a total beginner). Finally ordered 2 lb weights and was able to make it through the workout! With just the right amount of muscle exhaustion haha. I'll do it again tomorrow for sure.
