Finally made it without stopping while using weights!!! Very proud even if this is just beginners. Im incredibly lacking in any body strength so this is a major improvement.

Since I started doing core exercises with Madfit (5 times a week) I stopped having problems with my lower back (it would block and hurt for days). I did this routine after doing your 15-Minute Upper Body Workout. I don’t have 2-lb. dumbbells, but I do have 1 lb. handheld weights that I use when I walk. Even with such a low weight, I definitely feel the burn! 💪🏻

Been using five pound weights and at first it was hard but I was going slow for start. Now I find it becoming a lot easier to do these workouts with that weight! Super excited :)
Love this. Short, quick hiit routines are great for those days when motivation is low or in my case, my body sore. I need a lite set of bells, but I did most of this without weights, focusing on the movement and the muscle. Thanks for thinking of this and providing a great short workout.

I commented a month ago being ashmaed i shouldnt do this with 5 lb weights not realizing it was for 2 lb weights (and im a total beginner). Finally ordered 2 lb weights and was able to make it through the workout! With just the right amount of muscle exhaustion haha. I'll do it again tomorrow for sure.
This was the 1st time that I have done this exercise and I have not done weight training in such a long time, so thank you so much. This was such an effective exercise amazing.

Thanks Maddie! I did 5 lb weights and did each movement slower. The short 5 minute aspect really helped to have a high intensity mindset
