So, I decided to start doing this. I said “oh 5 minutes! That’s nothing”. I take that all back!!!! This little 5 minute video had me cussing, crying and I felt defeated. It proved without a doubt, how unfit I was. I hated this video so much, I tried it again! The first try took me 10 mins.of crying and cussing and pausing. The second time took me about 8 minutes. I felt the burn in my arms. I got so mad everytime you said push thru the burn. I yelled at the tv! Lml but you know what, I will be back every damn day until I could do this 5 minute exercise within the 5 minutes. It burnt and hurt like hell but it felt good. Thank you for this!
Wow this was definitely a challenge! I felt the burn when doing the "C" shape exercises. It was so tempting to drop my arms! I just kept listening to your reminders to breathe through it and that's what I did! I got through it! My arms and shoulders feel like Jell-O haha 😅 This is such a great routine for toning the arms and building strength in the back body and shoulders. Thanks so much for this!!!

Well Guys listen up , this is one of the finest arm workouts I have ever came across. This one is fire for biceps , after doing this for 2-3 weeks my biceps became hard as rock . I never expected to have such strong arms , it's literally amazing ❤🎉
I've been doing this workout since December. Today is 18-Jan-2023 and it's the first time I did it without stopping. I'm so proud of myself, I almost cried. Don't give up
This workout really builds strength. When I started I struggled to get through it with no weights, a few weeks in I was able to use 2 lb weights for most and eventually all of the workout. Today I upgraded to 3 lb!!

Day 5 : I did arms and lower abs today as well as legs and i’ve got to say that it was intense for me but I powered through and completely it the best I could. Im no longer sore so the stretching before was very helpful. Thank you so much for these videos they really have helped me.

I agree! I can’t do the longer workouts just yet. Its nice having shorter but still effective exercises that allow me to feel im still achieving some goals even if smaller. Small wins are great for building confidence in myself that i can do this weight loss/health journey!

Love it!! These are exactly the type of mini workouts I was looking for. I regularly workout with Caroline Girvan, I absolutely love lifting heavy weights. But my arms are normally muscular, they are not huge by any means but I get that bulky feeling. I use these types of workouts twice a week along with my regular upper body workouts to make that bulky feeling go away. Maybe it's all in my head... Lol. But it works for me and that's all that matters 😆.
I am college student living a dorm and this was the perfect study break movement! I just grabbed my two big bottles of gummy vitamins and was ouching hard!

Ate too many chocolate eggs yesterday and today I thought I'd balance it out with some walking and RUclips excercises (daisy keech butt, Pamela reef abs and thought, hé why not also arms). So I stumbled upon 4lb dumbels and did this. I can tell you, having never done any arm excercise (I'm a ld runner currently with an injury), this video is serious business, holy moly. But mightily satisfying 🔥thanks!

not even going to lie, I love an arm workout that I can do on my knees/sitting on the floor! I grabbed my 3lb weights because they're, ya know, 3 pounds.... Bad (good) call!

I just started exercising and im following 1 of your beginners 20 mins full body work out. Im 45 and i like it. Now i saw this 5 mins exercise were i can do in a daily basis as my schedule is hectic. I just wonder what idea dumbell weight can u suggest for a beginner? I dont have any at home and i will try to invest on it wanted something that is correct and useful in the long run.
