    So, I decided to start doing this. I said “oh 5 minutes! That’s nothing”. I take that all back!!!! This little 5 minute video had me cussing, crying and I felt defeated. It proved without a doubt, how unfit I was. I hated this video so much, I tried it again! The first try took me 10 mins.of crying and cussing and pausing. The second time took me about 8 minutes. I felt the burn in my arms. I got so mad everytime you said push thru the burn. I yelled at the tv! Lml but you know what, I will be back every damn day until I could do this 5 minute exercise within the 5 minutes. It burnt and hurt like hell but it felt good. Thank you for this!

    Wow this was definitely a challenge! I felt the burn when doing the "C" shape exercises. It was so tempting to drop my arms! I just kept listening to your reminders to breathe through it and that's what I did! I got through it! My arms and shoulders feel like Jell-O haha 😅 This is such a great routine for toning the arms and building strength in the back body and shoulders. Thanks so much for this!!!

    I just ordered a pair of 2 lb weights and as soon as i opened the package I click to this video, and omg my arms start to sore since the beginning! Looking forward to start my weight loss journey

    Well Guys listen up , this is one of the finest arm workouts I have ever came across. This one is fire for biceps , after doing this for 2-3 weeks my biceps became hard as rock . I never expected to have such strong arms , it's literally amazing ❤🎉

    I've been doing this workout since December. Today is 18-Jan-2023 and it's the first time I did it without stopping. I'm so proud of myself, I almost cried.

    This workout really builds strength. When I started I struggled to get through it with no weights, a few weeks in I was able to use 2 lb weights for most and eventually all of the workout. Today I upgraded to 3 lb!!

    I love this so much! I’ve been doing it every single day since early Feb and I’ve definitely seen results. My only complaint is that there isn’t anything that targets the triceps. Can you do a 5 minute arm challenge that incorporates more triceps? You’re amazing 😘

    Day 5 : I did arms and lower abs today as well as legs and i’ve got to say that it was intense for me but I powered through and completely it the best I could. Im no longer sore so the stretching before was very helpful. Thank you so much for these videos they really have helped me.

    How in the literal world!!! That was crazy intense. When she said 2 lb weights, I didn’t think it was possible to hurt that much! Great workout though!!! I will definitely be adding this to my daily workout routine!

    Every.single.time.!!!! Maddie, I LOVE the end of this video! The arm circles for 15 seconds...oops...no 30 seconds! It always makes me laugh! Thank you, thank you for your videos! I have gained so much muscle with you!! I would love a new 5 minute arm challenge. One with weights like this one and one without, too!

    This is day two .
    I did the beginner arms and I saw results right away and felt good!!!
    But I have good muscle memory also.
    But I’m loving these efficient arm workouts just enough to get back in the game and feel positive feedback and healthy !!!!!! Yayyy

      I agree! I can’t do the longer workouts just yet. Its nice having shorter but still effective exercises that allow me to feel im still achieving some goals even if smaller. Small wins are great for building confidence in myself that i can do this weight loss/health journey!

    Thank you for this workout, I have a tennis elbow and it's been a while since I have been to the gym because of my hands injury. Your workout made it easy to work the muscles without even carrying any weights and helped me to keep my muscle mass intact and not lose it. Thank you

    I thought 2lbs, not strong me...well I learned quickly that 2 lbs was challenging enough for this 5 minute no stop arm workout. Loved it. Thanks

    I only have 4,4lbs, so I HAD TO drop 'em after first half of pulsing (I'm cutting myself some slack ,'cus I did one of your Leg right before). But I picked them up and finsihed it strong, woho 🤸
    It also helps thinking that you put so much work into making these for us, so out of respect I should do it properly, as my ability allows.

    Oh wow, how can 5 minutes feel so long and hurt so much. I could not do it yet. Will try to repeat this workout over the next month twice or three times a week and hope to see some improvements.

    Love it!! These are exactly the type of mini workouts I was looking for. I regularly workout with Caroline Girvan, I absolutely love lifting heavy weights. But my arms are normally muscular, they are not huge by any means but I get that bulky feeling. I use these types of workouts twice a week along with my regular upper body workouts to make that bulky feeling go away. Maybe it's all in my head... Lol. But it works for me and that's all that matters 😆.

    I was humbled after reading the comments... didn't change the burn tho! I've been doing this excersize for about a week and a half and its finally getting rlly easier. Guys I rlly recomend this workout bc it rlly strengthens and tones ur arms in a rlly short time:) love the 5 min workouts 😁

      Wow Mae that's amazingi! What dumbbells did you use? I am a guy and am training with my gf! I could only manage this session without any dumbbells at all and my arms dropped 8 times 😟My gf did it non stop without arms dropping, using 5 lbs dumbbells.

    tried with weights yesterday and failed so decided to do without them today and it still killed me i barely pulled through! so if youre struggling with the weights try without them first

    Ate too many chocolate eggs yesterday and today I thought I'd balance it out with some walking and RUclips excercises (daisy keech butt, Pamela reef abs and thought, hé why not also arms). So I stumbled upon 4lb dumbels and did this.
    I can tell you, having never done any arm excercise (I'm a ld runner currently with an injury), this video is serious business, holy moly. But mightily satisfying 🔥thanks!

    I don't have 2 lb weights so I used my 5 lb weights, thinking it would be no problem. I thought wrong!!😂 Quick but challenging workout!

    I modified and just kept trying instead of giving up. The burn was intense. Great workout. I feel like with practice progress will be made.

    not even going to lie, I love an arm workout that I can do on my knees/sitting on the floor! I grabbed my 3lb weights because they're, ya know, 3 pounds.... Bad (good) call!

    I just started exercising and im following 1 of your beginners 20 mins full body work out. Im 45 and i like it. Now i saw this 5 mins exercise were i can do in a daily basis as my schedule is hectic. I just wonder what idea dumbell weight can u suggest for a beginner? I dont have any at home and i will try to invest on it wanted something that is correct and useful in the long run.
