One of the things I really love about Sydney and her workouts is that she prioritizes strength and proper form and feeling good over "torching calories" and "burning fat" like some other fitness folx. It feels so much healthier especially for those trying to get out of disordered body and eating thoughts. Thankful for you and this community!
My legs are so sore! Thankfully Sydney spared us from moving around on them too much. I really enjoyed this workout with its focus on individual muscles. Honestly, I enjoy all my workouts with Sydney, even the ones that are super challenging for me. I know they're making me stronger.
My arms are noodles! My knees can't handle to much cardio anymore, so glad I've been able to lose weight and be fit with strength training from Sydney 💪
WOW---How did I not discover this upper body workout before? I was very much NOT in the mood but gave it a start... and it flew by, my energy started to soar, and I feel a great burn. Best of all I feel mentally & emotionally so much better than before the workout. The adversity was changing my entire 'overall-ness' about the (previously blah and gloomy) day. With a smile on my face I say thank you for this and all your workouts and inspirations. (and oh boy yes, arms are hot to the touch!)

Hey! I just finished day 15. I am keeping my commitment to myself to complete the Strong series. I even added in a set of donkey kicks, hydrants & leg lifts to the mix.
Sydney's Daily Wisdom (43:15): "You overcome resistance here in your workout, make sure that mindset goes into your life and in some way today overcome some form of adversity because you know you can. Not because you're not sure if you can, because you know and you just proved to yourself here that you can." The resistance I normally face off the mat is procrastination. I have some big projects I need to complete, yet I am doing everything else but focusing on them. Great reminder that I can overcome this resistance because I am strong, both physically and mentally!
I’ve been so confused since I’ve been doing your workouts for months now. Every time you’ve taken your dumbbells and have said that you’ll take your 2 twenties for example, I always have thought you were a beast who was doing bicep curls with 40kg. I was suffering while doing it with 2x 7,5 kg and I didn’t understand why. I thought you were an unseen superwoman haha! I namely live in Europe and we use kg here. Today is the first time I’ve realised I had to divide the amount of weight you use in two to know how much it is in kg. 🤣🤣

My six year old daughter broke her wrist today. She was more upset about having to leave school early to go to the doctor than she was about having a broken bone. My workout was for her, because her strength and spirit gives me inspiration.
Today was a true dedication beats motivation when motivation takes a vacation kind of day 😁... Sydney says it often, "give me ten minutes" so I did and pushed to forty! Crushed it!!
Hi! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells but stopped at around 21 minutes as my arms just gave up! :( I wish I can be so strong and muscular as all the women here!

LOVED this workout!! I absolutely love supersets, I feel like they give a big bang for your buck. You hit the same muscle several ways, without much rest in between. My upper body is PUMPED, and I think I might be a bit sore tomorrow, we'll see!

Did this Saturday workout on Sunday. Oh my legs were still feeling it from the Friday leg killer workout. I am going to use my strength training to get me through a days worth of federal taxation homework. If I can kick but in strength training I can kick but in this course. This was great! I am using today’s workout to celebrate my increases in strength, both bicep curls and chest press. I didn’t almost drop the dumbbell on my face like I did last week! Woo!

You also don’t have to use the same weight as her. She just tells you what she’s using so you can gage what you want to use. 🥰

Valentine, it’s actually even a bit less than divided by 2. 20 pounds is 9 kg. But dividing by 2 will tell you the range Sydney is using.

LOVED this workout!! I absolutely love supersets, I feel like they give a big bang for your buck. You hit the same muscle several ways, without much rest in between. My upper body is PUMPED, and I think I might be a bit sore tomorrow, we'll see!

Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my wife but it was brutal! I used soup cans (half lb) as weights but could not last even 19 minutes when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my wife told me to go and rest to recover. Did this Saturday workout on Sunday. Oh my legs were still feeling it from the Friday leg killer workout. I am going to use my strength training to get me through a days worth of federal taxation homework. If I can kick but in strength training I can kick but in this course. Thank you Sydney for always such words of wisdom

Did this yesterday and loved it! The way you have it set up, really gets a burn going. That last set of exercises tapped me out…lol. My poor shoulders were toast!

This was great! I am using today’s workout to celebrate my increases in strength, both bicep curls and chest press. I didn’t almost drop the dumbbell on my face like I did last week! Woo!
I love how you give us motivation at the end of the workout i love hearing you its made me feel so much better you are not just a trainer you are a life saver you helpt me to change my life when i was traying so hard to loss waight without any outcomes and now i can see the diffrenet and i can see how strong im thank you soo much
