    After 9 months with Sydney,I am in weight and body goals,after 2 pregnancy in two years from 79kg now i am 64kg in my best shape…thank you ❤️❤️❤️Never give up …let go champ.

      @@brittanysuppes just eating healthy,protein carbs and fat ,no junks,2000-24000 calorie daily,I have spend 5 days in week at last 800 active calories,I am so happy with my muscles and strength😂discipline is the 🔑

    I was always the person that believed cardio was it. I've now realized that strength is especially important in your older years when you're trying to protect your bones and stability. I am strong and I am only getting stronger with Sydney, Dustin and Squad. Have a great weekend team.

      I still do a good amount of cardio, but I definitely do strength training too - I’m not getting any younger. haha

    One of the things I really love about Sydney and her workouts is that she prioritizes strength and proper form and feeling good over "torching calories" and "burning fat" like some other fitness folx. It feels so much healthier especially for those trying to get out of disordered body and eating thoughts. Thankful for you and this community!

    My legs are so sore! Thankfully Sydney spared us from moving around on them too much. I really enjoyed this workout with its focus on individual muscles. Honestly, I enjoy all my workouts with Sydney, even the ones that are super challenging for me. I know they're making me stronger.

    My arms are noodles! My knees can't handle to much cardio anymore, so glad I've been able to lose weight and be fit with strength training from Sydney 💪

    WOW---How did I not discover this upper body workout before? I was very much NOT in the mood but gave it a start... and it flew by, my energy started to soar, and I feel a great burn. Best of all I feel mentally & emotionally so much better than before the workout. The adversity was changing my entire 'overall-ness' about the (previously blah and gloomy) day. With a smile on my face I say thank you for this and all your workouts and inspirations. (and oh boy yes, arms are hot to the touch!)

    My lower body is sooooo sore from yesterdays workout 😁 Started my day with 7 km walk in the rain and just finished this! This went by really fast, but was so effective and fun! 💪🥵💯 Sydney is truly one of the best things that happened to me during this pandemic ❤

    Since finding and following Sydney's workouts over 2 years ago, committing to strength training as part of my overall fitness has made all the difference in seeing the transformation I have witnessed in myself. I am stronger and healthier than I have been in all ways. I cannot thank Sydney and Dustin for all that they do, and I am proud to say training with Sydney is part of my lifestyle habit now!

    Oh Moxie... LOve it when Moxie has a wee dance at the end. Another great workout... Finding Sydney has been my greatest gift to myself, and it was such a happy accident how i got here.. Feeling stronger by the day. Strength training has given me a tool to support my mental health and a confidence that was long lost. Still along way to go but so grateful to be where I am.... Thank you from the bottom of my heart

    I think when Sydney says you’ve got the first step out of the way by showing up..that really is true !!! Today was just such a blah day - one of those moods where I was just not feeling it but I played this video and just needed to hear the first few seconds to change my mood !!! 🥳🥳🌸 crushed it

    this is another great upper body, enjoyed the superset format, always a favourite for making the time fly.. and even though yesterday was quad focussed my glutes are feeling it today! I rarely get sore so it shows how challenging yesterday's leg day was!! loving this, had completed Stronger and found this series.. hope she comes out with a "Strongest" ;)

    Woohoo!! Arms are burning. The longer rest periods gave me time to keep my heart rate up with jump rope. The stretch’s were great at the end. Thanks Sydney ❤❤❤

    Sydney's Daily Wisdom (43:15): "You overcome resistance here in your workout, make sure that mindset goes into your life and in some way today overcome some form of adversity because you know you can. Not because you're not sure if you can, because you know and you just proved to yourself here that you can." The resistance I normally face off the mat is procrastination. I have some big projects I need to complete, yet I am doing everything else but focusing on them. Great reminder that I can overcome this resistance because I am strong, both physically and mentally!

    I’ve been so confused since I’ve been doing your workouts for months now. Every time you’ve taken your dumbbells and have said that you’ll take your 2 twenties for example, I always have thought you were a beast who was doing bicep curls with 40kg. I was suffering while doing it with 2x 7,5 kg and I didn’t understand why. I thought you were an unseen superwoman haha! I namely live in Europe and we use kg here. Today is the first time I’ve realised I had to divide the amount of weight you use in two to know how much it is in kg. 🤣🤣

      You also don’t have to use the same weight as her. She just tells you what she’s using so you can gage what you want to use. 🥰

      Valentine, it’s actually even a bit less than divided by 2. 20 pounds is 9 kg. But dividing by 2 will tell you the range Sydney is using.

    My six year old daughter broke her wrist today. She was more upset about having to leave school early to go to the doctor than she was about having a broken bone. My workout was for her, because her strength and spirit gives me inspiration.

      Hi! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells but stopped at around 21 minutes as my arms just gave up! :( I wish I can be so strong and muscular as all the women here!

    I love this "strong" program! I'm going through menopause and I've been told that strength training is so important to help keep bone density. I've always been strong but as I age I'm begining to feel the effects! Thank you for always educating us on the importance of working out! It keeps me motivated.

      Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my wife but it was brutal! I used soup cans (half lb) as weights but could not last even 19 minutes when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my wife told me to go and rest to recover. My wife has been doing Sydney lessons regularly for a long time, did the full session using dumbbells ranging from 20 lbs to 40 lbs! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated.

    first time back in almost a year! I missed your workouts! Had a babe and decided to take things a little low key while pregnant and recovering. Pretty sure doing your workouts leading up to my pregnancy made it such an easy one! I also lost the "baby weight" without trying because I have ample muscle mass!

    LOVED this workout!! I absolutely love supersets, I feel like they give a big bang for your buck. You hit the same muscle several ways, without much rest in between. My upper body is PUMPED, and I think I might be a bit sore tomorrow, we'll see!

    Did this Saturday workout on Sunday. Oh my legs were still feeling it from the Friday leg killer workout. I am going to use my strength training to get me through a days worth of federal taxation homework. If I can kick but in strength training I can kick but in this course.     I did this workout today after a 2 day rest. This was hard and I did Sydney's Ignite upper body stretch to finish it off. Loving these workouts!!!!

      Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my wife but it was brutal! I used soup cans (half lb) as weights but could not last even 19 minutes when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my wife told me to go and rest to recover. My wife has been doing Sydney lessons regularly for a long time, did the full session using dumbbells ranging from 20 lbs to 40 lbs! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated.

    This was great! I am using today’s workout to celebrate my increases in strength, both bicep curls and chest press. I didn’t almost drop the dumbbell on my face like I did last week! Woo!

    I love how you give us motivation at the end of the workout i love hearing you its made me feel so much better you are not just a trainer you are a life saver you helpt me to change my life when i was traying so hard to loss waight without any outcomes and now i can see the diffrenet and i can see how strong im thank you soo much
    My legs are on fire from yesterday even though after wourkout i went for walk
    in today workout i felt like they are rocks 🤣
