Just tried this before bed as my very first Pilates attempt. My entire lower back unlocked and I feel loose in my midback for the first time in weeks. I've never once done Pilates before. Incredible.
This was brutal. In 2018, i had a car accident that broke my back in 3 places, dislocated my SI joint, and herniated a lower back disc. I have zero range of motion. This was night 1. Hopefully, as each night progresses, it will get better.

Decided to start doing pilates today for the first time and this was my first video. My back hurts a lot because I sit at my desk for 8 hours a day. I feel a lot better after the workout. I'm so excited to do more ❤️

It's my 2nd time back here & I like it because it's almost like I'm waking up my body for sleep. It's easy to follow along and relaxing but I still get to feel connected with my body as I prepare for bed. Thank you, Jessica.

I have panic disorder, and the past few weeks have been so hard. I did one round of this video and immediately, my nervous system is relaxed. I feel like my body was wrung of all the stress lol
I’m also a Christian and I completely agree because yoga is rooted in Buddhism and Muslim therefore Christians participating in yoga would be like supporting another “god” or “religion”

Swam and did a 45 min fast walk and was having hip sciatica pain and this helped loosen everything up and helped me sleep thanks ❤
