Cheers mate. The 80 doesn't have airbags so it doesn't need to go through crash testing or anything. I designed the bar to meet all of the current ADR's
@@house-ofhoon yes and it’s so expensive to upgrade. I’m not a fabricator, I just like building stuff in my garage, so I can’t justify spending thousands on a tube bender :/

Yea mate, it definitely possible. Any custom fabrication shop that builds this kind of thing should be able to do it for you 👍
Can you let us know what size / thickness and grade tube you use , also the plate dimensions and thickness

It's just the factory rims sprayed black with a 32" tyre mate 👍
2mm plate sounds abit thin for the centre especially with a winch.
How has it gone being that thin?
We havnt put a winch in it yet. If we do, we will use a winch cradle. No issues with the bullbar so far 🤙
