I did this workout a few months ago, but never completed it. It was difficult for me & I gave up halfway into the video. I tried again today and actually did the full workout!!!!

Upper body is probably my favorite part of the body to workout out with... it's about a year I have been doing this workout periodically. It does not get easier. I have big improvements (I can take the 3 minutes core challenge much easier than before, for example) but this is still the hardest Pilates workout for me! Absolute love!

I am trying to gain some muscle since I am super skinny at 102 Lbs right now. What do you recommend? Do you think just by doing body weight is enough? I cannot afford to lose another ounce, I need to gain!
Patricia if you want to gain muscle I suggest you start using some heavier weights at least three times a week. Have a look at your diet and eat lots of protein. Try doing compound exercises. These are exercises that work more than one muscle group at the same time. Make sure you are not doing too much cardio but rather low impact which is Pilates. Most of all be patient! Hope this helps :)
I absolutely love this workout and have been doing it for a few weeks now. But I would love something that was more focused on the chest. Like I split workout or something. Thanks for the awesome workouts!

I love this workout (apart from the plank challenge - for some reason planks make the area between my shoulders, around the cervicothoractic junction, so tight - but that's just my body, nothing against the workout)! But I have a question - is there any way to work the biceps and lats with Pilates? Those are areas of my body that seem to be lacking exercise during lockdown.
Hi Matthew, make sure you do a lot of upper back extension to help with tightness. Pilates exercises do not specifically target one muscle group but rather full body. However you are using your lats and biceps in various Pilates exercises like the Swan exercise which is a back extension exercise too. I would suggest having a look at some of my theraband workouts which will target your lats and biceps more as the band is a resistance tool. I hope this helps.:)

I believe you used to occasionally do a body balance class before or straight after a pilates class, and I used to always stay for both. I believe I had you as an instructor at armadale goodlife as well as glen iris. I think glen iris I only saw you during pilates. It was quite a while ago now! Possibly four years!
