This was a very challenging workout! I loved it. The section on the knees, lifting the arm out and back down with the weight worked the abs and obliques very well. Thank u!
Thank you Angie, it was fun with the weights. The move at 20:00 really made me feel my muscles a lot, I felt them more when I did not lift my opposite leg though. Great workout 🙏💕

Aiden, It’s very much an individual decision. I personally like to do a workout routine a couple of times as it helps me to perfect the exercises the more I do them. You could do the workout for the whole month but I think you might get bored so it’s best to mix them up a bit and then perhaps go back to them again. You will not get muscle memory from Pilates. I hope that helps 😊
