Dear Katja, you are the best! Will you please consider making a 30 minute standing Pilates workout for those times when we have the will, but not the floor space? (Hotel room for example!) One thing I particularly appreciate about your sessions is that they flow...no standing around on one foot, waiting for the talking to stop and the stretch to begin! Thank you for starting our day so gently and energetically.

Fantastic. You described not only the process of proper abdominal activation in layman’s terms, but how important it is in Pilates practice. I want to focus on that a bit and make sure I understand what I’m doing, but I’m looking forward to learning more. Thanks!

I've been doing your pilates workouts for the last couple of weeks. They are the first thing I do in the morning before I start working. I am more flexible and the tightness in my hips that has been there forever is slowly getting better. Thank you for blessing us with your amazing workouts!
Hubby and I have been doing this one every morning (directly after your stretching/flexibility routine) for the last week. It's a great way to spend the first hour of the day. Hi Katja, tried this routine today and loved how you took the time to explain the different positions and alignment of the body. Great to ensure that I am doing the workout correctly and not causing further damage, without an instructor present to watch me! My back felt so much better after doing your lower back workout just once when we last spoke. Thank you so much!

I have a new beginner's class coming in January but I think you can try any of the others as long as you pay attention to your breath and body, if it needs a rest take it...
