This class has massively relieved my very tight hip flexors which have been really objecting to all the home working and sitting too still. Half an hour is great as it’s possible to even fit into a lunch break!
Yep that me. Sat for 8 hrs today and was physically frustrated and mentally exhausted. THIS was sooooo perfect for me!!! Katja, love your soothing voice, it just helps me to unwind and by just submitting to your instructions I can stop making decisions and flow into a new state. Very healing exercise. I will always come back.
I am from GREECE. I have severe scoliosis and for the past three years my back has been hurting a lot. I can not have surgery. I would like to thank you because the pilates I have been watching from your videos since the beginning of the pandemic until today have helped me a lot.
This was great. I have to take it easy on exercise after a retina operation, so this stretching workout is just right to keep moving without putting pressure on the eye -- being patient for two more weeks...
So grateful to find this as I am suffering with my hips, lower back and shoulders from sedentary full time work and what I think may be a frozen shoulder. You evidently know what you are doing Katyja. Thank you

Great video as always, but I do have a request for future videos. It would be most beneficial for you to put any items we need for the practice in your description boxes before you upload. For example, it would have been great to read the need for the towels, blankets and/or blocks before even settling down to practice. I have a kind of ritual to get myself ready to stretch, and having to pause, turn up the lights, go upstairs to fetch towels; it's not the best. Thanks for considering my constructive criticism and happy holidays!

Hi Clara, you can use the small ball instead of the blankets, yes. The blankets provide a more stable surface though - might feel better for your SI joints... best to try it out, always listen to your body. 🙏🏼😊😘
