I haven't done pilates in a few years. Back then my teacher in Ireland (I am now living in Toronto) recommended an efit video of yours as a way to practice on my own outside of class. 5 years later I wondered if that video was still online, and I found that you have own channel! I think review and returning to fundamentals is important: this ensures u form and technique stays good. And I find sometimes it can take a long time for your body to integrate some fine details of a move, to finally understand and do it really well. Thank u for this series!
Hi Ange. Loved this gentle start to the day. I have been in strict lockdown (again) for a month now and unable to get to the gym. Losing motivation and flexibility, and this was a great way to reboot my Pilates. Thanks so much for sharing. 💐

Hi - Really enjoyed this. Haven't done Pilates before. When you were lying on your tummy and said something like "make sure your belly button doesn't touch the mat" and I couldn't work out how to do that! Mine definitely still touched the mat.
Nicolala thank you! Lifting your belly button off the mat might not be a physical thing but it’s a cue I like to use to help you engage your abdominals. However it can be done but does take time. Enjoy the challenge 😍
Hi Ange.. loving the Pilates classes but need your help.. Suffering from sciatica and hoping you may be able to offer some advice and / or exercises so I can get back to normal pain free life again!!
Hi Sandy, so sorry to hear about your sciatica. As I am not medically trained I do not like to make suggestions. However rest is essential but some exercise is also beneficial. The best things to do would be to strengthen your core and also your back. A professional would be able to help you with this. Hope you feel better soon xoox
