    Hey Pilates Lovers,
    Thanks to all of you who left a comment on the community tab on what you wanted to see next, I have listened to you all and next week we will start a 3 part standing arm series.
    For now, since a lot of us have come out of the 2 week pilates challenge, I thought it would be a great idea to do a pilates stretch and recovery session.
    You can do this before or after any exercise, or it is also a great way to start the day!
    As always keep in touch in the comments, and support each other through this challenge!! Any questions, comments, feedback - I'd love to hear from you.

    Awesome, thanks Ange. Great way to start the day in this crazy world. I slept in for my morning walk, but still did this and I’m ready for the day. xo

    LOVE your workouts, Ange!!! I was so happy to find this stretch routine, but it's tough on my knees, which are my weak area. Do you have any workouts to strengthen the knees and/or other stretch routines that might be easier on the knees? Many thanks from a forever fan!

    For how long do we keep in the posture , 20 seconds?

      The most beneficial would be to hold the pose for at least 30 seconds xo
