You are 100% the best Pilates teacher I've run across on RUclips. I would pay for your services. There are so many amateurs teaching on RUclips. The huge difference is without the small guidance tips, it's easy (I do it wrong). None of your workouts are easy. You're the best Ange:)
Excellent workout! My hip flexors sometimes try to take over ab work, but never with your workouts. This was very burn-y in the abs, with bonus shoulder/arms from the weight-bearing in plank. Thank-you!
I really didn't think that I would be able keep up and even complete the workout but I did...and it feels great..thanks Ange, this was a great workout 💞
i have one side that appears less strong for the last routine. It may need more strengthening. Thats also the side I have a knee that has been bothering me. At any rate, excellent Pilates class! Thanks. Cynthia
Thank you so much Lorna. This is just strength so you might have to give yourself a bit of time to build on it. Focus on drawing the bottom shoulder down and lifting the bottom hip to connect you to the correct muscles xo

At 15 minutes when the exercised involves hovering knees, and then one at a time, I feel pressure on the knee that isn't lifted. For some reason, I don't feel my abs or thighs even though I hover low. I think I will just keep both knees hovered so that I don't feel pressure on the knee not hovering. I also think this will work my abs as well? Any suggestions?
Thank you!! I was a dancer as a child and then moved into Pilates. I have lifted weights but not that heavy. It’s been mainly Pilates and I also teach Barre using small hand weights 😍

Hi Coach Ange! I am a man, I just saw this because my grandma still does this lesson regularly for I don't know how long now! I tried this lesson with my grandma but it was just impossible for me 😟 My grandma does the full lesson. She has those solid rock like bricks in her front stomach and sides of the stomach. I feel very unconfident and don't know what to do 😔

Yes absolutely! Hovering both knees you will still feel your abs. You definitely do not want to feel your knee. Hope this helps 🙂
