    Dear Ange, thank you for all your classes. I'm recovering from a knee surgery and because of your classes i'm still moving without moving my knee to much. Thank you from the Netherlands

    Excellent instructions and great use of time! I had to make some adjustments to reduce the stress on my hip flexors due to an overuse injury, but I still was able to get a great amount of instruction from you. Thank you!

    Angela, I wake up and can't wait to work out with you at least 5 days a week. I am enjoying your new videos as I was accostumed to efit30's videos. I do enjoy the music but find these newer videos are a bit harder to hear the cues (just for future videos please keep it in mind). If possible, could you do another outdoor video(s) again? I find them so relaxing and inspiring. Thanks so much for all your hardwork and great new moves. Ann

    Wonderful, challenging workout for abs and shoulders. Can you tell me: when we do shoulder bridge (glute work), do we roll "vertebrae-by-vertebrae" UP and down? Or do we go up to bridge in one piece, and then roll "vertebrae-by-vertebrae" down? Thank-you for clarifying! I love your Pilates workouts!

    • @AngesPilates
      @AngesPilates  4 года назад +1

      Thank you Gaby! To answer your question, it can be done either way. In this particular workout it was "vertebrae-by-vertebrae" as I wanted you to feel the hamstrings and the glutes. If you lift up in one piece the focus is more on your glutes so it depends really on the muscle focus. I hope this clarifies it for you. xo

      +Jennifer Johansson
      Hi Jennifer, thank you for your comment.
      If you would like to increase the intensity you could do more repetitions with each exercise. Perhaps change your arm or leg positions ie. lower your legs closer to the floor for more core and with the side planks perhaps come onto your hand so you arm is straight rather than on your elbow.
      Check out my terminology video to ensure that you are engaging your core correctly as this will make a huge difference. Also check out my latest workout Core and Cardio as this is considerably more intense.
      I hope this helps.
      Thanks Ange

    Ange, I need to do some exercises Before to do this or not. Do you think that this routine is enough or I need to do more exercises per day? Thanks a lot

    • @AngesPilates
      @AngesPilates  3 года назад +1

      Hi Catalina, it really depends on what you are trying to achieve for yourself. A routine a day should be enough but if you feel you need more you could combine 2 routines together to make the workout longer. Or perhaps every second day you can combine two routines together? See how your body feels. I hope this helps ❤️

    Hi Ange, first of all just want to say I love all your videos and this one is great. The 'knee march' exercise at 19:00 gives me pain in the back of my knees, do you have any idea why that might be? Thanks :)

    • @AngesPilates
      @AngesPilates  7 лет назад

      Adele halsall This particular exercise is particular demanding on the back chain of the body, glutes and hamstrings. You might be locking out your knees so rather think of pulling your knee caps up into your thigh bone instead of pushing out with your knees. If your knees are still sore rather do the option of keeping one leg bent for support. I hope this helps.

    Lovely video. I don't understand what you mean by pizza feet?

    • @AngesPilates
      @AngesPilates  8 лет назад +2

      Hi Karen, this is the position of your feet. Heels together and toes slghtly separated so your feet look like a 'pizza slice" I hope this clarifies it for you. Regards Ange

    Hi Ange
    I love this workout and often repeat it but wonder if I should go through the entire range of your videos for overall core strength....

    • @AngesPilates
      @AngesPilates  5 лет назад +1

      Andy Revell yes absolutely! You can mix up the workouts or you can put two together. Some workouts focus more on a specific part of the body but you will be working your core all the time.
