Hi M Lemmens-Hensen, thank you! I would do this routine at least three times a week but it can vary depending on how toned your arms are to start off with and if you combining this routine with any other exercise. Hope this helps. Ange

Hi Coach Ange! I am a man and just saw this video because my grandma does this lesson! I challenged her to an armwrestle. I could not even move her arm even using both my arms together! I feel really weak and unconfident. 😟
Rupin take some inspiration from your grandma and start Pilates. Perhaps you can work out together?
@@AngesPilates Thank you very much for your advice! I have started the work out with my grandma, but it is super hard for me! I cannot even move her dumbbells, so right now I am trying without any weights at all 😟

A great one to add onto another one of your pilates workouts. Rising on the toes and being mindful of the inner thighs made for bonus work in the lower body. I could do the "hold-two-three": I will work up to it! Thank-you!
