Hi Ange, I just subscribed in your canal and I'm so happy! My dream is practice Pilates class because I have disc herniation and the doctor recommended to me.... Thank you Izanete, Pilates will be great for strengthening your back. Just remember to be mindful and if you experience any pain during exercise you must stop that exercise! Strengthening both the core front and back will help you tremendously.

Dear Ange, first of all; thank you for your great workouts! I have a question: I have lower back pain and I got the impression it's from the core workouts (and from lots of sitting). Should I still do the exercises with a neutral spine? Or is it better to imprint? Or should I just go back to more basic pilates exercises? Basically I do pilates to strengthen my core. I have a quite flexible back so maybe I cheat with my posture... Do you have a recommendation for me? Thank you!
Sorry for the very late reply Hanna, this must have slipped through! I am assuming that as you are very flexible with your spine you are not engaging properly and this is why you are experiencing back pain. You should be doing all exercises with imprinted spine. I suggest you check out my website and look through the workout archives where you will find a video on Pilates Terminology and this will help you achieve the correct posture. I hope this helps!

Your video is the best I have ever used! Your voice is very pleasant as well :) My body form has improved a lot after a few weeks of doing your programs. I trust your programs. Though you have probably covered most the basic and important workouts in the youtube videos, I still look forward to more uploads for more selections! Will you come up with new ones?
