Gosh I get hypnotized when I watch your videos. I had to shake my head to wake up just now. Love your work! Thank you for your generosity in sharing free patterns. 🌞💛
Glenda, what a beautiful pattern! Thank you so much for featuring Premier Basix yarn in your video! Premier Yarns sincerely appreciates your support for our Brand. Your tutorials are so inspiring! Thank you for sharing your talent as an educator with yarn with all your subscribers! Your love and passion for creating with yarn is such a gift!
I love that I found you on RUclips!! I've crocheted with basic stitches for years and have just over the last several years started challenging myself to learn a new stitch. YOU are the best teacher I've ever watched! I appreciate that you go over the stitches, turning and next row multiple times. Visual Repetition is how I learn best. Thanks!! 28:41
Hi glendie..this is very pretty. Thank you for the easy to follow tutorial. I love your Winter In The Woods stitch. Please show it to your followers that might have missed it. It's my Go-To afghan pattern. 💘 you
I agree, she showed a two color option at the beginning, but didn’t teach how to do it. I’m unsubscribing from this channel.😅 not the first time, but I’m tired of being confused!
I was interested in the multi coloured version that you showed, but you didn’t explain how you crochet with two colours. Do you have an explanation somewhere that tells us how to do it with two colours? Thanks
To crochet with the two colors, I fasten off at the end of each row and start my new color in the first st after you turn your work. Then just start the new row as stated in the instructions.
Wow..got a couple replies (tsk tsk tsk)when i asked if this was the 'star stitch'. Im aware that ms glenda stated its the 'eyelet stitch'. Along with another follower i only meant it looked like the star stitch. Please excuse my assumption
Hello This is something like the star stitch but not actually the star stitch itself. I can see why you might think it was the star stitch due to the similarities. I hope this helps. Happy Crocheting!!
@@CreativeGrandma thank you so much for the reply. I am enjoying your stitch of the week and super tutorials. I've made many afghans with your (and my favorite) Winter in the Woods pattern. 💘 you so much. 😃 💋
@@robinsmith2507 you're so nice. Thanks for the sweet reply. It just looked like the eye row looked like the star stitch in a scarf pattern i have. Im 74 and was taught to say something nice or nothing at all. God bless you. 🙏
@@jeanmaggiore3150 I thought that it looked a lot like the star stitch as well. Like you, I was taught, if you have nothing nice to say, then you say nothing at all. Sadly, people get behind a computer screen or their phone screens and they feel they can be as mean and nasty as they want because no one knows who they are. Sorry they were so mean to you. I hope you have had a much better few days since then. 🕊️❤️🕯️🧶

Thanks for sharing Glenda! Another very pretty stitch❤️❤️❤️
I love the one with the ice yarn. I think the self striping would look nice.
I love that you used different yarns to show what they look like. I’m not a fan of switching colors yet. So pretty. Thank you.
I love this variation of the star stitch. It looks great no matter what yarn you use. Thanks, Glenda!
So beautiful Glenda, thank you for teaching it to us ❤😊
That’s so beautiful! I’ve never seen it before. Thank you again for such beautiful stitches! ❤

That’s a bit like the star stitch
Which country are you from?
Is this the star stitch?
No ma'am
The title of the video and Glenda state: "The Eyelet Stitch."
