completely false! I have seen people changing with a good salary hike in just 6 months or 1 year. It totally depends on how you make believe the interviewer feel that you are the right candidate the organisation need.
Hi Mam, I quit my last job in just 6 months due to my team lead and working hours like daily I have to work 11-12 hours and i am not able to focus on other activities and where now when i give interviews in other companies and tell this reason like time management and all than this is reason is not acceptable. Can you please tell me what reason I should give to the interviewer.
Tell that the role offered in the previous company was not in alignment with your aspirations or the trajectory you wish to be headed in the future. Don't foul mouth your employer or manager nor put yourselves at a disadvantage by saying time management issues etc which are viewed negatively.
@@ignashi7plays401 you would say I am very much in alignment with the job description, site some examples from the job description as proof, I truly believe I can contribute positively to this role and I can see myself growing and site examples of the same too. No interviewer will accept outright that the job that they are going to offer is not as per the job description even if the reality is different. Remember interviewing is selling, the interviewer is trying to sell their job and you are trying to sell yourselves, ensure you feed them with the things that they want to hear.

Employment Rules for Independent contractor( Indian Citizen) for working Canadian company in India( work from Home) and that foreign company doesn't has any office here in India. Rules and regulations forgetting salary from that Canadian company and other important things to while accepting the job offer. Your reply will be very helpful

In the U.S., 2 to 3 years is the most you should stay in a company within IT and Tech. If you do contracting, 6 to 12 month contracts is ok and not seeing as bad. 3 to 6 months contracts, is iffy? I guess this video applies to IT workers in India.

Maam my brother have 2yr bond with IT company and didn't see any growth from joining to current 10th months,in offer letter office hours 8 hours and training will provided 3months,they take 9-10 hr daily, working 6day a week, if he ask for an hour for urgent work they take extra working hours for the working gap, no professional training only they assigned projects with deadline like experienced,if he resign they said company suit case on him for the agreement.. Sir mera 10th main 59.8 percatange aaya tha aur phir mene NIOS se improvement exam diya tha and after improvement I got 63 percatange sir main ne 10th cbse se diya tha aur phir improvement NIOS se diya tha toh sir IT companies jiska eligibility criteria 60 percantage hai , unka liya eligible hu yeh nhi. If I got any job as a direct pay roll in other company as a fresher is my UAN will create any problem . Hey, when you leave the job inform your company update you have exited and you will give the same UAN number to the new company where all your money is secure and get benefited.

My request you to check the health status of IT employees whos are now below 25 and thirty , they take pills to sleep, and worried about the next day my job will not loose. But I am a new comer and these chamchas always question as if they are teaching some child. Chamchas are annoying.
