When we say that our current role / previous role was not aligning to career goals or role specific reasons, though they might be valid, won't those reasons create a negative impact on the HR that we might leave this company too when we feel a misfit at some point? Do we create an image of an unstable candidate? Kindly assist.
I had some hiccups when in one of my recent interviews the Hiring manager asked this question. I was asked why did I not try for an internal switch. What can I answer then, can I say I tried for internal switch, but the available roles were still not aligning with my goals?

Ma'am if I submitted 6 month fake experience letter to first company .In next (2nd) company I worked for two years and In 3rd company I provide only 2 years experience of previous company.. Is it possible that they know about my fake experience letter that I provided in first company.
Was ur previous company able to disclose ur fake certificate?if so in that case it might happen they disclose about it.
If you answer them my previous job was not my cup of tea...they will simply ask why you didn't do the research and ask questions in an interview and understand the job role..
If you say my previous job didn't support your Goal what guarantee this job will do...
