Hey Varsha, I am watching you from start of my career and here I am completed 1.5 years of experience so I was getting ready for my next job hunt, and only thing came to my mind was corporate dairies where I will definitely get clarity, thanks for making these videos, I know once you said 3 years is a good time to switch but I am very underpaid and followed a strategy you mentioned in last of this video, choose project over a CTC. Thanks 💙
It is not always about the CTC. Sustainability, growth , culture, reporting manager are some of the various factors to consider as well in addition to CTC.
This is great and highly informative could you perhaps use a few sample job offers with those breakups and show us what and how to look out for. I know no two job offers are alike but at least it's a little more visual than listening.
Hello Varsha, you have used a word market value. I guess salary hike percentage (30 to 40%) while moving to next job is strictly dependant on last salary irrespective to the market value. Requesting your take on this.
I got 2 job offers - 1st giving same package of current company but higher designation 2nd giving 40% hike at same designation of current company Which is best option?
Hello, It’s all good to know. Thanks for sharing I have a question here. If I have two offers, they both are offering good package. But how much in difference I can negotiate the salary? Also can I negotiate my joining bonus??
Hi mam, I have 4 offers 1. EY - 13 fixed + 1.3L bonus 2. Cognizant - 15.5 fixed + 2.5L bonus 3. Genpact - 16.5 fixed + 1L bonus 4. PWC - 13 Fixed I am really struggling to make a decision among these. Please suggest mam, as per company and growth i wanted to work in EY, But money also matters as per my financial situation - so salary wise wanted to join in Cognizant/ Genpact. Please share your opinion/ suggestions on this mam that would be really helpful for me.
Hi mam, I have been offered a package out of which 30 k is counted as performance incentive and rest of the things like pf contribution, employer contribution and gratuity. Shall I accept this or negotiate? If yes, how? Which points i should put up with HR?
Very difficult to choose. May I have your mail id or any kind of details to discuss bcoz I am also stuck in confusion & not been able to take correct decision. It's been very stressful & no one is to guide in proper way. So I requesting you pls. help me.
Hi mam,I have a query that I have two offers and one is of 9.50 ctc and other is 10.50 in which 10 is fixed..but the thing is i am intsrested in first company...so can i convince them or not
